So I need a decent pic for Yuko as 1.All my better/best pics aren't Yuko and 2. I wanted to make a proper format for her.
And this isn't just for Yuko but my characters, but I want to know were you get inspiration for your characters looks, mainly clothing? I been wanting to give my characters proper clothing without looking too much like someone else's outfit. I used gaia tektek a few times and just looked at different outfits to get ideas and mess around with them.
I hate Yuko's outfit, so I plan to redo hers and though I don't mind Kotori's skirt, she needs a better top. I do love Sachiko's outfit as it seemed really fitting and ninja like.
Guys are a bit easier has they usually just have t-shirts and pants. Sometimes I would draw collar shirts and for Karasu, sometimes I draw the fur trim jacket and bondage pants for the gothic or punk look or a v collar shirt and studded belts or collars. I like making Karasu look punk or gothic at times using the visual kei style. Seems fitting, but I have some more casual or formal looks as well.

Well I got a book called Manga Mania Girl Power (was going to get Manga For Beginner Chibis, but thought this one would be better first, plus they talked a little bit on chibi and kodomo or child characters anyways).
Well I decided to get it because I thought it can help me with my female characters and I am using the how to draw the body lesson to make a character sheet guide. Once finished, I will post the blank version so you guys can use for female and gender bent characters and later I will edited it for my own characters as well and change it a bit for male characters (shouldn't be too hard to do has just get rid of the big curves, boobs, widen the shoulders, square the jaw a bit, etc....). Hopefully it would be helpful.
I decided to give Yuko a bit more sexy outfit yet add ninja like stuff.
