This thread is the registration thread where you want to sign up for the cosplay contest. The theme this time is the Kingdom Hearts series.
Here are the rules for the contest.
1. You must dress your Gaia avatar to resemble a character from any sequel in Kingdom Hearts. If you want to dress up as a Disney character that appeared in the KH series, you may submit your entry. Any Disney character outside the series is prohibited (even if its an awesome idea, its still not allowed).
2. Character must be original, meaning its first come first serve character cosplay reserve rights. For example you want to cosplay as Axel and you submitted your entry first, the other people will have to think of someone else to cosplay as.
3. Signing up is first come first serve. Only 10 people can get it even though its an open signing. Even if there are more than 10 entrants, only 10 can fill the roster. Don't be afraid to sign up if your a little late but there is still a low chance for a spot in the roster.
4. If you are among the top 10 nominated entrants, your username will be an option in the poll in this thread. You will get a PM from me to reply that your willing to keep your KH cosplay avi on at all times for a month or sooner until the end of October 31st.
5. Dishonoring your entry position will disqualify you from your position for being the finalists.
6. There is no editing your post except for typos. If you want to change your character for the cosplay, delete your old post and post a new entry form.
7. There is no trading characters (meaning you and the other user edit your post to reconfirm your character entry). If you want to get a new character, you and the other person must delete your old entry form and make a new one as said in "rule 6".
8. If you wanted to cosplay as a character that was already reserved, your free to post your entry but you will not be approved. You will be approved for the entry if:
*your next in line and the person before you deletes their post.
*if they are no longer part of this guild.
*if they are banned or have dropped out of the contest.
9. If you delete your post and make a new one with a character already taken, then you have to wait in the back of the line.
10. If you want to allow the other person to cut in front of you, delete your post and make a new one meaning you go back to the end of the line. Rules 6-9 comply to this.
11. Any avi dress up of something gibberish or abstract not resembling to any KH character will be disapproved. (Abstract can be artistic but its still not allowed in this contest.)
12. Most of all, follow the Gaia ToS and the guild rules.
13. Do not ask/beg/bribe/bully me or the judges to give you special treatment. Not only will we say "no" but you are warned. Do it again, and your entry will be revoked.
14. If you bully me or the judges with scare tactics or harassment you will be revoked from the tournament and banned from the guild.
15. This is not a chat thread, so please only post your entry.
