So, I was just curious to everyone's takes on anything falling under cryptozoology.

Unicorns (yes, I consider them here), the Jersey Devil, the Mothman...such things. Heck, does anyone here, besides me, honestly believe that Bigfoot could exist? What about Megalania, the supposed dinosaur-proportioned monitor lizards of Australia?

So, there you have it. Chatter about the cryptids you've heard of/believe in/think are complete bull.

Well I think its one of those major long shot idea's. I think honestly it would be way easier to make people think that they were real then for them to actually be real

Well, it would certainly be easy. People will believe anything, really. But I find it hard to believe that all of them are faked. *shrugs*

I bet there is some truth to them. There has to be, obviously, or else nobody will believe them. And the fact that there isn't proof, or that it is the result of some exaggeration, is what makes us want to believe in them.
I believe that such things could exist. It would certainly make this world much more interesting. Though I am able to be realistic and state that I am content if they aren't reality after all.
