after leaving the mist after the attack by akutski shakunez went to the leaf, he got treated by the leaf anbu but he attempted a genjutsu and shakunez thought that as a threat so he knocked the anbu out and left a note to the hokage and mizukage while he waited for the anbu to wake up once again he wondered around the leaf village... he regained some of his past memories... enough to tell him that he is from the leaf... he then went to ichiraku's famous ramen house... then he was doesd with sleeping pills then he found an angry anbu infront of him while he was in jail for attacking an anbu... he left the jail and went into the forest where his first memory was...
