Ok,this is what i kinda thought up in that giant brain o'mine!

Ok....we starts off like this:

500 years into the future some scientists were struggling to make a way for people to live for about 100 years older than their original life-span. Among the scientists was a greedy man who wanted to lock away the successful formula and keep it to himself. He ended up genetically wronging the project. He didn't want to get caught and get blamed so he committed suicide. All the scientists knew what happened. They couldn't stop the genes and formula chemicals from escaping all over, the chemicals reached a run-down old gas-station and sparked an explosion. the city immediately became abandoned in about 5 months. some people have survived and became genetically enhanced or genetically mutated. They have spread this disease to the five other nations around the world, Orisha, Donatan, Tamodu, Konatuya, Nakahiraku. Three of the nations,Orisha and Donatan and Konatuya have strictly forbid these monsters. The other two nations have become monster friendly and monsters live among them. Some monsters eat people and do it for the sport of blood lust,others thrive off of human food.
Are you with the humans or are you a monster among the humans?
Or are you a viscous cold-blooded murderer?

Hiroki spread out his wings and took flight around the city of Donata. This is the city where he lived. He looked around to see if anything interesting was happening. He saw someone steel a woman's purse and someone robbing a bank. He swooped down to one of the crime scenes and watched as the bank robbery happened. Should i do something or not?
The guy robbing the bank had a full mask and a rifle and a gun. Several people were in the building and scared for their lives. He just took a girl hostage and demanded more and more money as the banker had filled a bag.

Hiroki smirked and walked casually into the bank like nothing was wrong.
"Hey!Get your 4ss on the ground now!" The man demanded in max volume or something. Hiroki stopped about 20ft away from the guy. "Your awfully demanding.....why do you want this money? To buy drugs and smokes that'll shave about 30 years of your life away?" He cleverly asked.
"You have no business in what i do with this sh1t!" He said madly. Hiroki shot a look at him,"No...."He said coldly. The man had pulled the trigger but nothing happened. Hiroki was using his telekinesis to hold the trigger back. He walked casually towards the guy and smiled. "Why are you pointing that awful death machine at me?hm? do you want to kill me?" He said and kept walking. "The hell i do!" The man shot back at him. He swung the pistol at Hiroki,he simply bent down and dodged it. He then grabbed the gun along with the guy's hand and twisted it. "Now....what if i wanted to kill you?" He asked coldly.

He twisted it just a tad more and the guy had shouted some horrid words a couple of times. "I could break your wrist...if i wanted too." He said and he looked down at the crouched man at his will. He looked up and was seriously pissed off. He used his other hand to try and get a hit at Hiroki but Hiroki stayed focused on his face,he grabbed his other arm. He crossed them in front of the man and he frowned. "Y'know,its not nice to hurt people,especially people who have families to get to and lives to live." He said. He looked over at the frightened bank woman and he smiled. "Exuse my friend,i just met him and all....why are you filling that bag with money?" His grip on the man got tighter as he bent over even more from the pain. The woman didnt reply,she stopped filling the bag though. "Why are you taking such commands from this....person? even though hes not nice about it...why?" He asked. The woman stared at Hiroki with fear,she shook her head and she could break-down anytime dow. He swung the man at a wall,making him let go of his gun. He grabbed him again and snapped his wings out. He took flight above the town and laughed. "To your new home! the friendly police guys!" He said and the guy had been knocked out from the force.

After Hiroki dropped the man off he saluted the officers and flew back to the bank to see how things were. "Man,i wish i lived in a better city." He said relieved at his deed. He thought about the lady and her stolen purse,"Sorry lady,a person's life or your purse?" He said to himself. He saw how people had rushed to the bank,"Well,the city's not all bad i guess." He saw a girl on the top of the roof and he was worried. He stopped right behind her,he tucked his wings in. He walked behind her and then sat next to her. "So.....why're you hear?" He said like he had known her as a childhood friend. He stared at the sunset and all the buildings around.

He looked at her and smiled."Well,you could say that,im just trying to make people happy and safe." He looked back at the sun,"am i....scary?" He asked a little bit later. People weren't used to Hiroki,they would never be anyway. There is a possibility but he doubted it. People were either scared or terrified of him. They always thought he was evil. He wasn't,he just wanted to get back at evil society's for what they did to his family and friends.
