A high powered sonic wave that could make the person it hits dizzy to the point where they can hardly control their movements or body vibrate to the point where any liquid in he/she body want to come out causing a minor nose, or ear bleed bleed. (Other wind technique thats rank higher than this one can cancel it out.)

Background Story
As a child(10 years of age) kasai lived a normal life not wanting any trouble, just wanting to become hokage like any other ninja in training. One day Kasai's Clan got murdered for reasons unknown. While this was happening Kasai was training far off into the woods. It began to rain, Kasai was going to be happy and tell everyone how he did but once he came home he only came to see Chaos since his whole clan was destroyed. Nooo Nooo! These words came from Kasai mouth as he ran home to where he lived. Kasai slammed open the door to check if his parents where all right. His mom and dad where kneeling side to side next to a rouge ninja. Right before Kasai eyes the Man Cut their heads off. Kasai attempted to kill the ninja even though he knew he couldn't, the ninja cut a scar on Kasai face(hero's scar). While Kasai was holding his face the ninja kicked him. Kasai flew to the wall of the room and sat there in tears looking at the man his vision was red due to the blood in his eyes from the scar on his face. The ninja smiled at Kasai and Commited suicide, Kasai stood up and even began sadder due to the fact he knew no matter how strong he would get it wouldn't matter since the person he was after was dead. Kasai slowly walked to his parents heads and looked down in sorrow while he closed their eyes. Kasai walked out his home noticing his dad's sword out side the house. Due to the fact it was so large it was impossible for kasai to carry it so he dragged it promising to carry on the legacy of the ryukai.

Kasai sometimes always finds himself talking to himself, which many people think is weird. They believe it has something to do with his clan getting slaughtered but the truth is a while back due to all the hell Kasai been through a evil spirit of himself formed in another world. Kasai spirit hated everyone and killed all who stood in it's way. The God's defeated Kasai's evil spirit and inprisoned him. But instead of punishing Kasai's evil spirit they assigned him to stay with Kasai and protect him whenever in danger. Even though the two hate each other due to different ways they are the best allies in battle.

Abilities

1. Kuro fused with Kasai's weapon chained sorrows creates a long black Katana with a long chain on the end of it. with Kasai's weapon in this form he is able to cut through anything. Kasai is also able to move/swing at high speeds with sword in hand.

2. Kuro is summoned to fight by Kasai's side. Kuro carries the same Katana from ability one.

3. Kuro and Kasai fused together to create the ultimate being, KuroKai The Lonely Samurai. While KuroKai is formed Black Sakura falls from the sky it has no effect it just a representation that a human and demonic spirit has merged KuroKai carries no weapons but 5 of the black katana's mentioned in ability one flys around him in a circle. KuroKai can control these swords to attack while he do jutsu or he can grab one or two of the swords and fight while the other three or four flys around him.

This isn't my real rea character but it'll do for now, Kasai-Akki Ryukai ready

Back Ground of Dark Hadou
Fang always has a darkside in him but when he was taught the art of general karate and other martial arts. Fang's true power started to increase and show the real brutality of his power when his Dark Hadou named "Fuzen Kokoro" released his dark ki and Fang was able to use the Hadoken, Shōryū-ken, and the Tatsumaki-Senpū kyaku. Fangs Hadou was growing darker and darker as his master sensed it as a result of Master Gouken sealing the Dark Hadou "Fuzen-Kokoro" to make sure he wasn't ever released, but little did he know "Fuzen-Kokoro" was released by Fang hiself during a really intense battle and Fang no chioc. Fang first thought as him of a nightmare vut now he thinks of him as an ally.
