I Was having a look through Youtube the other day and found this,

What a Save!

I don't know if that was just pure luck or Great skill, but either way that was impressive. I don't think I've ever seen somebody slide like that and manage to only lose one spot, and in the end win the race.

Holy Christ.......

If that was me, I'dve done the stupid thing and let off the gas and spin out. I remember the first time the tail swung out in a car I was driving... my automatic reaction is to let off the gas, which only made it worse. Even last month when I was at an event and Haley started to plow, I let off the gas too much and the tail started to come out. Instead of doing the right thing, my reflex was to take my foot totally off the gas. I spun and hit a bunch of cones. I've been through instructional classes, but I still don't have enough experience in being in a situation where I start to lose control (a testament as to how ridiculously slow I normally drive in day-to-day life as to almost never approach the point of control loss) to automatically respond with the correct inputs.

I just don't drive 10/10ths... almost ever. I'm pretty sure I drive 7/10ths or 8/10ths at the track or events, and have only taken home a purse because everyone else in the class was even lamer than me that day.
