Just with in the opening of a cavern deep within the mountainous region of the Leatherwing tribe lay a sleeping blue dragonet. Her wings held close to her body shined a bright purple as the morning sun shown off them. The blue dragonets tail twitched as the sun rose higher in the sky filling the opening of the cave with sunlight. Slowly the little dragonets eyes opened looking about sleepily and yawning her sharp little dragon baby teeth glinting in their whiteness. Smacking her lips the little dragonet stood and stepped out of the lip of the cavern and into the bright sun that shone down on the ledge just outside of the cavern. Going to the edge of the ledge the little dragonet looked down it was a sheer drop down to the ground far below. She wasn't going to be walking down.

 Deziree's jaws opened in a yawn, sunlight glinting off the pearly rows of tooth, small and sharp in her babyhood. Her sister's movements had awoken her as well from a sound sleep, and now, with warmth bathing her entire body, was not inclined to drop back into the cold time of sleep again that day. She crept to her feet, shook and stretched her long, sinewy green body, extended her wings till they cracked, then followed Sutukai out into daylight.
The full force of sunlight hit her eyes like a beacon. Squinting, the dragonling cast about wildly for a familiar blue shape - there she was! But her footfalls were soft as she made her way over, obviously intending to be stealthy.

Sutukai, as the little dragonet went by, gazed out over the vast mountains ahead of her and then again down to the steep drop below. A small moan escaped Sutukai's lips as she looked for a safe way down. There wasn't exactly very many places she could climb down safely even if she did want to.

 The noises of his two sisters stirring awoke the dark blue male dragonet. He yawned as he stumbled out into the morning's light. Blinking, he glanced at his two awake siblings, looking back over his shoulder for a moment at his only brother. Quietly watching, he waited to see what the two females would do.

 There was a sudden twitching of the little male dragonet's limbs, then a silence. Then they began to twitch again. Yellow legs flew up into the air, causing the little one to awake with a start. That had been a weird dream indeed. Soralys gave a mighty yawn and awkwardly walked closer to his siblings, eyeing them curiously.

What Deziree was planning to do then remained a mystery - the sound of skidding pebbles and paws on stone alarmed her. She snaked a head over one shoulder to find her two brothers sitting there. They were awake. Letting out a soft hiss, she walked the rest of the way over to Sutukai, looking towards what she saw, trying to understand what was capturing her attention. All she saw was a steep drop to the ground below. Her sister wanted to go down there?

Ryu blinked back at his sister. What was up with her? Shrugging to himself, he made his way over to where his sisters were looking at something. What were they looking at? He looked down as they were and just saw lots of distance down to the ground. Uh... how were they to get down there? He was starting to get hungry... And he didn't see anything up here other than his siblings...
The male flapped his wings curiously. Hmm... Maybe...

Sutukai glanced over at Derizee as she came up on one side and then over to Ryu as he came up on her other. "Dink we could get down?" She asked them looking about for someway to walk down cause as young as she and her siblings were they would never be able to fly down.

"Down?" The male shrugged, looking around for an obvious path down. Not that he didn't think that his sisters wouldn't have spotted one by now if there was one. "No fly?" He flapped his wings again. That answered his question because he knew that his wings wouldn't be able to support him yet.
Shrugging, he turned away and, deciding to be different, looked up. xd
