There are 'special' children in the world. They have certain powers that they gain from the ages of 11 to 16. Deep in the woods, there is a camp that they can go to, so that they may gain control of their powers, and return to normal society. Should they want to. They may also stay and help the younger ones train their powers. The owner of the camp is Cori Bloodmoon.

Powers: Telekinesis, control over sapphire lightning, and control over hellfire. She also has twin arcerian tigers, Kaelas and Kaitien. ((Arcerian tiger cubs, newborn, are the size of a full-grown human))
Weapons: Twin russian Shai, a katana, and multiple hidden daggers.

Bio: When she discovered her powers at 11, she was forced out onto the streets. She decided to create a camp for others like her, that had been forced to leave their homes when they found their powers.

Bio: He first found out about his powers at 12 when he saved a little girl from being struck by lightning which he redirected back to the sky. People have ignored him ever since and have rejected his pleas to rent an apartment.

Cori finally hung the sign for the camp over the archway she had built. "Finally open..." she said to her two companions, Kaelas and Kaitien. The two very large kittens yawned, and headed for the mess hall. Cori had put a spell on the kitchen to keep creating food as it was needed. She grabbed a large bowl of eggs for herself, and three raw steaks each for her friends, and headed for an empty table, waiting for kids to come. She had put up flyers all over the city, hoping the children would see them, and come.

Ray sat in a coffeeshop twirling the spoon around in his drink trying to ignore all the hush the people started since he got there. He was lucky enough to get a drink. All of a sudden someone grabbed his head and smashed it down on the counter, then slapped a flyer on there. "Do yourself a favor!" a boy about his age shouted. "Go to this freak camp and leave us all alone!" There were more with him who started laughing in the background and shoved him off his seat.

The whole place went quiet, thinking Ray would strike lightning at the boy and his friends. He simply adjusted his glasses and sat back down and drank his tea. He payed for it and picked up the flyer, he'd seen them everywhere but haven't took a great deal about it. He sighed and thought to himself, "If I don't find a place today, I'll go check out the camp."
Suddenly, a girl let out a scream, "NO!! Don't touch that!" A mother picked up her daughter away from a light blue dove.
"Oh, you again." Ray held out a finger and whistled a bird call. The dove flew from the tree to his finger. "Mmm..." He dug his pockets for something. "Here." He held out a small square cracker which the dove happily took and flew away.

Ray had already checked eight hotels and five apartments but no one would take him. He started walking back to the park where he slept when he saw another flyer advertising the camp. He let out a sigh and mumbled, "Why not..."
As if on cue, the blue dove swooped down and guided Ray to the camp.

Ray followed the bird until he came upon a nice house in the middle of the forest. He knocked on the door and waited as his feathered friend flew off somewhere.

The gust of wind from the door blew into Ray's face. He pushed his glasses back up and took a closer look at the lady who opened the door. "Uhm.. hello. THis is the camp for kids with..." He looked down at the flyer, "...powers?"
