So what did everyone think of our first attempt at a contest here?
What improvements can be done for the next contest?
Were the prizes a bit unappealing? How can we get better ones?
Were the rules convoluted at all? How can we clarify them?
Was the voting unfair? How can we make it more fair?
We had three participants, which is better than nothing. I think I really need to get better prizes, though. Maybe giving people only one or two weeks to come up with something will get more people to participate. It might lend a sense of urgency to the contest.
