Ok, I was thinking...what would happen if the Frie Lord died?
Zuko would not become the Fire Lord...
So, would Azula? In some cases (like England) if the King dies and there is no man in the bloodline the crown will fall to a woman.
So, is Azula seting herself up to be the Fire Lord?

My friend and I have actually already hit on this idea, that they'll have to defeat Azula before they can create peace.
I think they'll defeat her and the Fire Lord, then set Zuko up as Fire Lord.

As far as I know, there's a genius behind that evil sexy looking beast named Azula.
So it wouldn't surprise me if she becomes the successor of the throne if the Fire Lord is gone. The fire nation wouldn't want it any other way - she keeps the flame burning because she's smoking hot! burning_eyes
But seriously, you have a good point there. She did plan for her father to become the lord in the first place. Maybe it was an initial step towards supreme power.

I don't think Azula wants to be firelord, she probably wants someone else who she can manipulate.

Yes, I do believe so....it seems there is no real love in their family besides Zuko and his mother Azula will miss her father no more than her brother and mother, she will be more than ready to take over

since azula is the fire lords daughter, i'll have to say that she will become the firelord when ozai dies. she may kill her father to get the position. hey, its in her DNA!

I not sure, because I can't quite figure out if Ozai is actually smarter than Azula yet. I figure you can't learn how to be that brilliant all by yourself she had to have some help and who to get that help from better than her evil father.
But if he was the one who taught her to be as cunning as she is; she's obviously has a natural talent for it something Ozai might not and she could still try to overthrow him.

well first yes I think azula has been settinf herself up so she can take over her fathers spot. I even think she might even go as far as killing her father to take his place. that is just how evil she is
