okay so i sorta posted a spoiler warning for those who don't read the manga, so i'm sorry if i spoil anything.
[TO READ IT, HIGH LIGHT THE REST OF THIS POST]
Shikamaru said he was only going to smoke until he got revenge for his sensei.
i haven't been able to read up lately, so anyone know if he still does?
I don't mind spoilers
my thoughts were that he was going to grow up to be like ausuma *excuse miss spelling* so was the smoking thing was foreshadowing?
please reply ASAP

to answer your question without spoilers myself, the act was done ONCE right after, but since then he's not been shown doing it again. I wouldn't be surprised if they bring it back down the line, but for now he's habit free.
