Still think they should do it more GTA style but really revolve around the plot in the anime. Granted it would feel a bit linear to us. But hey, it was one hell of a good story. Just my 2 cents in if they made another gungrave game. Have it in two parts, first as brandon and harry as they grow up and join millenium. Then do another game of grave taking down millenium.
Or go Devil May Cry 3 style with a lot more emphasis on gunslinger.

Guys, I found this game in a local Game Stop store and I've been playing it for a few weeks now and it's pretty damn basic for an RPG. It's all dialogue and fighting. The only time you move a person freely is in the base and you only move the main character. (and the base is very small) Yet, it is pretty damn addicting.
I've gotten Grave and Mika and use only Grave because no matter what I give Mika, she's just weak. (sorry Mika) sweatdrop And I'm pretty sure those are the only characters from Gungrave O.D. that you get to use. ( I obtained them in Act 3 of the game and at the moment I am on Act 8 )
You do get some familiar faces to fight against, such as, Garino, Fangorum, some Orgmen, and everyone's favorite O.D. villain, Bunji Kugashira.

Actually, these are the characters you can play as:
- Grave
- Mika
- Rocketbilly
- Juji
- Bunji
Yes, you can play as Bunji. However, to get Bunji, you have to unlock Juji. And to get Juji, you have to unlock Rocketbilly. So if you do not unlock Rocketbilly, then you are screwed for getting the other characters. I unlocked up to Juji before I decided to get rid of the game.
As much as I loved playing with Gungrave characters in a RP format with characters from the Chaos series and Growlancer, the battle system was very annoying, and health regeneration at the beginning of each round for all characters made the battles way too long and very drawn out. As much as I hate to say it, this game is a waste of money. If you find it in a $5 bargain bin, then go ahead. But do not dish out the initial $30-$40 bucks for it.
