~He chuckled at her retort and nodded.~
No you are not here. Is a shame though I do miss having her around. She actually understood me and why I do what I do. But she is gone and I am single again. So we shall see what fate has in store.
~He eyed Terren after her comment and sighed before replying~
Were you not paying attention my dear? Miya answered it as well as possible. 2 people were highly active in hunting for Desh right out of the gate. Miya and Krs. I played my roll and stayed put. Several others went with Miya and Krs to hunt after Desh, but the AoD was not prepared for this kind of assault so there was no success in the hunt for Desh. Xenos was asleep when it all went down and woke up to the sounds of alarm and panic. What else is there to say about it?

Miya gave Terran a small wink as she asked if the two of them were brother and sister. They fought like an old married couple half the time, the other half bickering like siblings. "Oh, the bickering is just years of mounting sexual tension," she said with a small laugh, sticking her tongue out playfully at Jeg. Turning to Terran, she listened as jeg recounted what she had said earlier, giving a nod in the right places to show that he was telling the story right. She had tried not to think about those events for so long that talking about them now was just all the more uncomfortable.
"Well, I won't want to be the b***h, but I don't think that this conversation should go any further. It is all in the past, and with so few of us, mainly the three of us now, there is no reason to go drudging it up again. I think we should talk about the future," she said in a rather diplomatic tone, taking another deep drink from her glass as she looked between the two of them.

~Jeg chuckled at Miya's comment about "tension". It sounded funny coming from her.~ Maybe one day you will actually relieve some of yours and we will not have to seem like a married couple. ~After finishing his recap and Miya putting an end to the talk of the past, he thought for a moment on what she asked to talk about. The Future...~ So what pray-tell is the future you see my dear? I'm rather curious about that.

Miya chuckled at Jeg as he teased her about her "tension problems" shaking her head slightly as she leaned back on her elbows on the counter. Oh so many things she could say in return, but instead she went ahead and let him move the conversation around.
"Well, I mean it can't just be the two of us forever you know. Terran, unless I misunderstood, didn't come to join us. I don't know what the future has in store for this guild, but isn't it our job to figure it out?"

Theres a scary thought. You and me stuck here by ourselves. Oh the devastation that would rain down on the land. I don't know if whats left of the guild could take that.
~He laughed as he folded his legs under himself and sat in the air.~
How do you prepose to go and breath life back into this empty shell? Even Anguls gave up on this guild last I checked. You could always ask him yourself Miya. Your charm might work on him still.

"That is a scary thought," she said, just now seeming to think of the implications of her statement. Bringing her glass to her lips once more, she drained the rest of the whiskey from the glass, lifting it and moving it over to the sink telekinetically. She had no idea what she had really thought they could do with the guild, and now she was regretting bringing it up to be honest. "You know Jeg, you are the fearless leader of this little organization, why dont you figure it out," she said with a grin.

Thats another thing I find most amusing. I the man who killed the guild, am now the man they elect to bring it back. That just makes no sense at all.
~He scratched his head for a minute and then shook his head.~
Nope nothings coming. I need some... ~thought for the right word~ ...stimulation, I guess would be the right word. I have nothing to stimulate deep thought like that would take my dear. I have been around long enough that I only think about 2 things really. It takes alot of effort to think beyond them. But I will say this. They are the secret to getting any guild off the ground.

"I didn't elect you," Miya said with a smirk, shifting around on the bar so she was laying on her stomach, her head propped up in her hands. Miya sat in silence for the moment be feigned to think, shaking her head slightly as he said he had nothing. Some meeting this was turning into...oh wait, this was not a business meeting, it had just turned into one. A small laugh escaped her, "I want to know those two things, but I am a little scared to ask."

Simple really. All it takes is women and fighting. Think about it for a sec and you will see I am right.
~He smirked as he started to float up to the rafters.~
Every large guild had plenty of women and at least 1 other guild they fought with almost constantly. Look at the AoD back when I was alive. We had lots of women that either hung around and/or fought with us. And we had no shortage of them. Then we had the DHM to fight with every chance we got.
~He now hung upside down from the rafters looking down on the women~
You combine those 2 elements with a strong leadership like we had with the big 5 and you will have a thriving guild. The Black Company is a good example that is still around today.

Miya opened her mouth to say something sarcastic, like she always did, but then seemed to think better about it, shutting her mouth and tilting her head to the side slightly. She had to admit he was onto something there, even if she did not want to really admit it. "Well, alright, say I agree with you. How, praytell, do you plan to lure women here when you are the only man around, and then how are we going to find a guild to fight. Scratch that, a worthy guild to fight," she corrected herself quickly, still laying on her stomach as she looked at him up in the rafters. How D found a man attractive who hung upside down like a bat she would never understand.

Terren looked at the two. "Well, Miya, I could find some one to...relieve that tension. As for the leadership of the guild, talk this Anguls assho-guy to come back. And possiblely track one of the others down. Krs tells me she feels Kaji back around, not like she would haunt here. She wouldn't want to run the chance of seeing him. She might burst into ghostly tears." Terren shrugged and looked at the two. "As for me signing up, I think I might be able to spare the time." She pulled out a small hand planner. "Yup, I aint busy." She put it away and leaned back against the wall. Terren thought for a second and then floated her glass up to above Jeg to allow it to hang there. It hung upside down but the water remained. "This is fun." She said to herself as the water gushed from the glass, more then should have been in there.

*Walking down the stairs, quietly, a figure appears slowly, like his speed at which he is decending from the stairs, and then walks over just as slow to a chair and slowly sits down softly.* "Hello, how is everyone doing?"

Miya led the small group into the main building, stepping to the side of the heavy doors to allow them to pass. She had answered the rest of their questions on the walk from the courtyard to the building, falling more silent the closer they got to the castle. She had not been here for a while, but it was always nice to come back, even if the vast building, once teeming with life was not all but abandoned save for herself and few of the more faithful members who made an appearance once in a while. Their mighty army had fallen, and now there was nothing left but the remnants of it. It could be seen in the architecture - there just wasn't enough manpower to keep the castle as vibrant as it had been before, and it was now starting to show signs of age and wear.
"Welcome to the Castle. Please make yourselves at home."
