Blackpaw wanted to help his troubled leader, but he didn't know how. He search in every den quietly and no one was awake, except for his mentor who was standing vigil, so he curled up in a sunny patch and soon he was asleep.

Runningleaf ran up to Nightstep."Congradulations Nightstep!" He purred, so proud of his former aprentice. She had so much skill and was deserving of that aprentice."C'mon, you have to stand vigil." He padded over to where she was to stand all night."Godd luck" He mewed and headed for the warriors den for a nice long sleep.
Nightstep sat in her spot watching the camp and the moor. She didn't even feel an ounce of drearyness. She was wide awake with happiness. She watched silently as the wind swayed through the grass, the small animals scamper about, scrounging for food. But most of all she watched the stars. They twinkled down on her welcomeing her into the clan as a warrior. She watched as they twinkled through the sky and imagined the warriors hunting, the kits playing, and the leaders watching all the clans from the stary sky.

Cedarstar slipped out of his den and noticed the stars were disappearing. He noticed Nightstep sitting vigil. He padded over to her. "You're vigil is over. Congratulations. You may go and rest now if you'd like. And tell Runningleaf that he needs to go out and hunt. We could use some fresh kill."

Nightstep gladly took the ok to move. She had sat in that same position the whole time. she shook the dew off her pelt and padded to the warriors den. She got inside and saw Runningleaf. She padded over and gently jabbed him in the ribs."Runningleaf," She mewed wearily",Cedarstar wants you to hunt." She waited for him to get up and out of the den before she saw a un-occupied nest and headed toward it. She ploped into it and put her tail over her nose, and instantly slipped into a fitful sleep.
Runningleaf woke up to a dreary Nightstep and was told to go hunt. He got up and padded over to Cedarstar."Nightstep told me you wanted me to hunt." He mewed as he reached him.

"Yes. I figured you would want to stretch your legs and go out on one of your prolonged hunting excursions." the Meadowclan leader said, in a good natured tone. All was currently going well in the clan, aside from the Timidpaw predicament. Though he knew what BoulderClan would want in exchange.

Spottedpath padded out of her den. She felt like lying in the sun but decided to go hunting instead. After a quick look over her shoulder, she went outside of the camp.

"Thank you Cedarstsar" He mewed in a questioning tone. He turned and sped up pace seeing Spottedpath going out."Spottedpath!" he called.He caught up and padded next to her."Are you going hunting?"he asked. He wished to go with her. it would look good to Cedarstar and he did want to stretch his legs a bit and catch some prey.

"Of course I am!" Spottedpath mewed, pausing before she left camp. She waited for Runningleaf's response.

"May I came with you?" she usually went alone and wished to acompany her. She was a good hunter as well as fighter.

"Yes you can. I don't normally go out with company so it would be a good change" She mewed as she took a deep breath in.

"Thank you" He mewed. They padded out onto the morr and he drew in that fresh scent. It coursed through his body and made his legs itch with anticipation. He saw a rabbit and started to crouch. It didn;t notice him so he bounded, running after it. It was no match for his long legs and was easily killed. He came back it clamped firmly in his jaws. He found a small bush and stored it under, so he could reclame it when he came back.

Spottedpath rushed off and pounced on a mouse. She burried it and continued to hunt. As Spottedpath hunted, she found a small limp body on the ground. "Runningleaf! Come quick, I found a cat!"
Summer tried to get up. As she opened her eyes a crack, she saw a cat hovering over her. "Don't hurt me- Spottedpaw."she mewed as she closed her eyes, letting her sister's sent fill her nose and sent glands. She was aware of a deep gash on her left leg from the fox had opened up again.

Runningleaf had just caught a familiar scent on the wind when Spottedpath called to her. He grudgeingly padded back to see a small, limp, bloody body sprawled on the moor. He rushed over to see a cat similar to Spottedpath."Who is this Spottedpath?" He mewed in urgency. She was pretty badly wounded and needed to be atken back to camp soon if she was going to stay alive.

((No. I've been meaning to bring it outside but have neglected to do so. I osted in the OOC that we ahve to get it out of the camp to Ladybug. I'm going to go there now.
Ladybug: Go into the outside the camp forum. As long as we're still out we have to be there 3nodding ))
