The Alluring Nightmare
All at once, worldwide, a handful of people had a dream...a nightmare. They dreamt of a place unfimiliar to all of them...a small town hidden in the mist, a town that smelled of blood and rust. In the center of that town, they all met, brought together by their fear of the unknown...then together, the world closed in around them, trapping them in a rusted world of suffering and pain. Then they each awoke...each filled with different feelings, fear, excitement, sadness...they didn't understand what it was, but somehow they knew this place was calling them...and almost unwillingly they headed out to find it, to find why it called to them...and discover the mystery behind the little resort town...of Silent Hill.
Who We Are
This is a new guild but I'm very determined in bringing it to the top. There's a couple things we do differently here than most Silent Hill Roleplay Guilds.
1. We interact with our members through the environment and [npc's].
What that means is, while you're roleplaying with your friends (other members) occasionally a crewmember or myself will throw in a sudden change to the environment--maybe a new creature is introduced to a random group who's roleplaying in the wrong place at the wrong time...or maybe the world begins to change to the rusted world of Silent Hill, as opposed to the Misty World. It makes every day a new experience.
2. Contests! Of course!
Well of course, there will be contests, mainly avi cosplay, but also some fan fic and fan art contests as well...yes, I do have the supplies to open most contests with absolutely, positively no, I mean NO, entry fee. Prizes won't be amazing, but they'll be worthwhile, and you'll be having fun. Contests may also include art to be featured in Guild Banners if they win, or on the guild homepage.
3. Dedicated and Friendly Staff.
A must-have for most guilds, but most guilds still don't have it. Look, my crew will do their job, and I'll do mine. We will interact, we will roleplay, and we will post new topics from time to time. We will also make sure you're having fun and listen to your advice if you have any. We want to make it the best Silent Hill Guild it can be.

All we ask of our members is to be kind and courteous, and PLEASE be active. The guild, in the end, is nothing if not a community. I will do my part, and I hope you'll do yours as well.
Remember, you don't have to be a HUGE fan of Silent Hill to join, but when you leave, you will be. We welcome survival horror fans abroad to our quant little guild, so come on in so we can be scared together.
