Some where in the 1037th dimension theres a place where two VERY important people live and one VERY wonderful place lies.
This wonderful place is Shangri-La, the land where only the best of the best will be invited to stay. The people are Parin of Light and Kexia of Dark, the makers of the wonderful world.
After years of trickery and bribes Kexia got her friend Parin to make a world where only the best of the best will be able to stay. A place where while living a wonderful life, hero and heroines' home worlds would be free for the taking. Parin, being silly and naive, thought Kexia was being nice, giving the great a life time of work off, and made Shangri-la.
People are coming in from all different lands. Kingdom Hearts' Destiny Island, Death Note's Tokyo and even the limits of outer space from the Gundam series.
Now people from lands afar are stuck in a wonderful world where death seems impossible and life is easy.
Town: The main area of Shangri-la. All of the people live there including Parin. Houses are nicely furnished but technology seems to be lacking..

Mountains: The mountains are lush, green and full of surprises. It's advised that you bring along a map, a walking stick, 1 weeks worth of food and a friend if you go up to the highest point though. We've heard a lot of people end up dying at the peak..

Forest: The greatest place in the world if you want to get lost. It's full of cute and scary animals from all different worlds so be careful. There are a lot of different areas in the forest including: Falls Park, Bamboo Lane, Water Grave. It is advised you bring an umbrella if going to Water Grave. Kexia lives in the forest in a tower, it is advised you stay away from here..

Beach: The wonderful tropical beach of Shangri-la is a hot spot for all those who want to go swimming, soak up some sun or get sunburn.

We understand you all have real lives and have a lot of things to do but it's rude to leave a character in a limbo, especially when others are in the middle of interacting with your character.
[ exclaim ] No Godmodding
You can't control someone else's character by any means unless you have received permission from the other character! Even if a character is almost as powerful as a god they do not have permission to hurt or kill other people. Don't make them perfect and have them unable to get hurt, outwitted and all that jazz.

Yes a character will change some what while they adapt to Shangri-la but keep it in the boundaries of their canon personality..
Like:
Shinn from Gundam Seed Destiny is ANGSTY. Even in Shangri-la Shinn can't have his sister back and stop the war, he is still angsty!
Sora from Kingdom Hearts is a sweet little boy. Just because he's in Shangri-la doesn't mean he's going to start selling his body on the streets and start hanging out with the 'wrong' crowd.

1. What the hell is Shangri-la and who are those girl who keep bossing me around!?
P: Shangri-la is a wonderful place where I, Parin, have gathered up the most handsome powerful people in the world to live together! It's somewhat like a private get away for all the smartest and strongest people in the world.
And those girls bossing you around are the people who made Shangri-la most likely! Kexia and I.
K: Shangri-la. Isn't great? Well you better think it is because your staying here for quite some time. A very long time.
I stuffed you here because you stop crap from happening. You prevent chaos and complete darkness from enshrouding the world and all that other fun stuff. You're the smartest, strongest, fastest,blah blah blah.

2. What are these token things I have?
P: The ones that are white and shine brightly are my Lite-P. Think of them as the currency of the gods. Every character starts with 500 Lite-P in their pockets. You can buy special items from me with your Lite-P or buy your freedom. Man I should have changed that name, I mean, c'mon. LIGHT PEE? *slams her head on her desk*
K: Hmm? Tokens? They're black and seem to have a violet aura? Oh. Chaos Scraps you mean? Aren't the lovely? They're a currency. You get 500 of them. For now anyways.You CAN earn more however.Its not THAT complicated after all.What can you do with them?Buy stuff of course!Or, you can buy your freedom...
3. What happens if an 'accident' happens and I die or something?
P: Well, I won't allow any of you to die so you don't have to worry! If anyone dies on my watch you'll be back alive in an hour or two. Just don't over do it okay? I hate being over worked.. If you die more than once though I'll take some of your Lite-P, It's hard work bringing people back to life! It's not nice for me to not share though.. I'll take 100 Lite-P for me and 100 Chaos Scraps for Kexia.
K: You got dead? Imbecile! You're ruining my fun. I'll let it slip the first time, and revive you.But screw it up again like that, and you have to give me 100 Chaos Scraps, and then run over to Parin and give her some pee.

4. Is Shangri-la doing anything to all of us?
P: Other than keeping you out of the 'real world' no. It only gives all of you people a place to live and mingle.
K: Yeah.It is.It prevents you from screwing up my plan, and going into the 'real world'.Its really just a place to live.Hmm...Better yet, think of it as a bird cage.It prevents you from getting away, and you can only talk to the other birds in there.
5. What are we all doing here any ways? Any goals?
P: Well, I guess it's up to you. To most people it's to get out of this place, but it's all up to you baby.
K: Trying to get out is the main goal for you, I assume.Other then that I don't care.Do whatever the heck you wish.
6. Okay then.. How do I get out of here again?
P: Be good. Gain Lite-P. Give 10,000 Lite-P to me. Your freedom is given to you.
K: Oh so you DO want to leave.Hmm...If you give me say...10,000 Chaos Scraps I'll give you your freedom.To get those impress me with your dirty deeds.Steal, lie, poison,kill,dark plots, make babies cry. Just don't kick any cats.I happen to be fond of them.
7. What are these "Town Events" ?
P: Town Events are cool little things I help put together with Kexia! Sometimes you'll be asked to fight a big scary monster, get items on a list, find funny pictures or maybe I'll turn you all into cute little animals for a day! Events are just fun!
-Why should I go into these events? I don't want to be turned into a cat!
P: When in an event you have the chance of winning currency! Say if your the first to find all the items on a list, the cutest animal or have found the funniest picture I'll reward you Lite-P!
If you really don't want to take part of an event, you can always run out of Town boundries, like go to the mountains, the beach or the forest.
K:Why the heck don't you want to be a cat?
Never mind that for now.I'll deal with THAT little issue later.Be the first to get an event completed, get it done the best or whatever.I'll give you Chaos Scraps for that. If you don't want your freedom, you can always go throw yourself off the mountain or drown yourself in the sea to rpolong your little stay.
8. HEYY! I WENT TO THE MOUNTAIN AND ALMOST FELL INTO SOME.... WHITE ... VOID!!! WHAT IS THAT?!?!
P: You've found the Shangri-La White boundaries my dear! The White boundaries are like a cage to you, understand? You can't get past them. No. Matter. What! Don't try to jump into them either, if you do I'll just transport you back to where you were. They're just there to protect you~
K: Think of them as the bars on the cage I mentioned. Except this ones a magical and invincible.Don't you flying away, now, do we?
9. Where are the vendors?
P: I'm the vendor if you plan on using Lite-P. I sell clothing, potions, food and weapons. I'm normally found at the main thread talking with cute boys.
K: If you want something that badly come to me.I sell poisons, weapons, furniture and pets.You have to use Chaos Scraps to purchase anything from me.
10. There are two of you crazy girls making up... stuff! Who do I listen to?
P: It's up to you baby-cake. Pick me though wink Both Kexia and I listen to the same set of rules, we just award different things for different deeds.
K: Thats up to you. We listen to the same rules, but you get to be rewarded for stealing candy from children with me.
11. Hey, ladies! Am I allowed to trade other people my token thingys?
P: Yes yes yes! Just make sure you have it written down somewhere that you BOTH AGREE to trade.
K: Yeah.Sure.I don't care.Make sure both of you PM either Parin or myself.I don't want hoards of snot nosed brats complaining about how they got ripped off.
12. What if I don't want to do this anymore, what if I want to leave Shangri-la? (Quitting Shangri-la)
P: Well, if you want to leave that bad I'll let you go. I won't let you back in though. Shangri-la is a once in a lifetime experience.
K: Okay Quitter.You want to leave.Fine.But you can never come back.
13. I'm only 8, do I have to go to school? (Younger characters and school..)
P: YES!! YES YES YES! Intelligence is very important in Shangri-la. School is easy to attend to. When ever I put up a special announcement that says "SCHOOL IS IN SESSION" I'll be giving little quizzes on different things (mostly different animes) to school you. What even better is, if you get the highest mark you might be rewarded some tokens!
K: Yes.I highly recommend school.If you don't want to be conned into selling your bowels for a cricket I would go.I give quizzes , and highest mark gets some Chaos Scraps and keeps their bowels.
