Shooting Star City is a great city. For serial killers. The citizens are in a war,but not everyone knows it. The students are putting two and two together. Become a citizen now! As all the citizens realize what is happening,they begin to react. In different ways. This is one BIG Role Play guild.I guess this is SORT of like Grand Theft Auto.(The serial killers,at least.) ( I will update the news and stuff.)
