Unofficial ItNotM RPs. As in, characters that are unstamped/RPs aren't doable "officially" yet/that sort of thing. RPs that may (or may not!) end up being posted in the ItNotM forum once those RPs would be allowable, either as-is or with changes that would reflect any adjustments in shop/character cannon. It's open to anybody who wants to get their moonRP on, but doesn't want to mess up the current cannon while things are still being settled.
