The year is 3073 every continent, state, person has turned against each other and war has broken out all over the world. The year is 3075 the war has ended and the world has been split into to ten different Districts each with its own leader. The leaders of these Districts are all subordinates of the evil tyrant the King of District eleven. District eleven is a area hidden in time and only the ten district leaders and the King of District eleven can access it. The world is now war torn and all civilians living in it have been genetically altered or mutated in others which gave them strange new abilities. Some of these abilities amazing some are pitiful and useless. When a baby is born a collar is placed around their neck and if a civilian acts of code they will be electrocuted to death by their collar and when freedom is granted the collars are removed. At the end of every month 2 to 5 people from every District are sent to the Colosseum where the ten Districts meet. At the Colosseum a contest is held where the participants fight to the death for freedom for them and their family. After freedom is granted the family that it was granted are free to do what they please even challenge a District leader. If a man/woman who was granted freedom successfully kills the current District leader they become the new District leader. Around the year 3089 a group of renegade civilians tried to challenge each and every District leader each and everyone of them failed and were killed along with their entire family. Now the year is 3095 and a group similar to the one slaughtered in 3089 has risen with the same intentions to kill all District leaders and take control of the Districts making things right again.
