It is the Age of Piracy in the world, And Retalia's Navy grows stronger. As the Navi expands it's dominion over the Sea's the pirates fight back desperately to keep their way of life, Though the King's Navy has no clemencey for Pirates, and any one found to commit the act of Piracy are to be hung by the neck until dead per order of the King of Retalia. While the Navy expand their strength acrossed the ocean, the Pirates seem to be decreasing in number, but are they truely dieing out? Or just taking a break. The Four Pirate Lords of the Sea work seperatly and do not interfere with each other unless it is neccissary, and the number of pirates are growing in number right under the Navy's noses.

Each of the Four Pirate Lords holds a sacred treasure of what is only known as " Pieces of the Sea" and belong to " The Council of the Sea " and each piece of this treasure is different, but holds no signifigant power, but to show that they are indeed one of the Pirate Lords, When the piece is handed down from one person to another, that person holds the position the Lord used to. The Navy has begun to realise this and have orders to obtain the pieces of treasure to rid them selves of the Pirate Lords, but cannot go after the Pirate Lords themselves, unless caught and proven to be a pirate.
