<center>A thousand years ago, there was once a great kingdom called the Moon Kingdom. A great palace stood in the center of the kingdom; this is where the reigning queen, Queen Serenity, and her daughter, Princess Serenity, lived and ruled. Their advisors: intelligent cats from the Planet Mau, Luna and Artemis. Their soldiers: Sailor Senshi from the planets (Mercury - Pluto, e/c Earth). It was a peaceful time full of happiness and joy. Princess Serenity found herself a suitable husband: Prince Endymion, prince of the Earth User ImageKingdom. He was a strapping young man and a warrior of his kingdom. Now, on the Earth lived a woman named Queen Beryl. She was jealous of Princess Serenity because she had taken her greatest love away from her, Prince Endymion. She vowed revenge on the Moon Kingdom. She tried to convince the Earth Kingdom to break their alliance with the Moon.

They refused, and she was outraged. Gaining power from her ruler, Queen Metallia, she brainwashed the four generals of the Earth to obey her will and led an attack on the Moon Kingdom. Queen Metallia granted Queen Beryl rule over the Dark Kingdom and her finest warriors. The sailor senshi, protectors of the Moon Kingdom, were soundly defeated by the great power of evil. Princess Serenity rushed by her prince's side; she wanted to die with him. Queen Beryl confronted Prince Endymion and asked him to join her side; he refused. In anger and rage, Queen Beryl destroyed the Moon Kingdom entirely and killed the residents in it. With her last breath, Queen Serenity sent the residents of the Moon Kingdom to Earth to be reincarnated. Luna and Artemis were sent, as well, but they were only put in a deep sleep for 14 years. She also trapped the Dark Kingdom's finest warriors in the ginzuishou (silver crystal).

Now reincarnated on Earth, the sailor senshi, moon princess, and earth prince have new families with no recollection of their past lives. Luna and Artemis split up and began searching for the individuals with soldier in them. It took Luna approximately 14 years to find Sailor Moon; Artemis about 13 years to find Sailor Venus. Tsukino Usagi, the earth name of Princess Serenity, was very reluctant to become Sailor Moon. She would cry, cry, cry everytime she was in danger. Thankfully. Tuxedo Kamen (Chiba Mamoru/Prince Endymion) saved her from many situations. Usagi then fell in love with Tuxedo Kamen. Together, Luna and Usagi found Sailor Mercury, Sailor Mars, and Sailor Jupiter inside a introvertive genius, Mizuno Ami; a hot-headed priestess, Hino Rei; and a lonely warrior, Kino Makoto. Artemis and Aino Minako, Sailor Venus, saved the other four senshi from danger. The sailor senshi were fighting the Dark Kingdom, the same kingdom that destroyed their home. Queen Beryl was still ruling and still grudging over Queen Serenity's success. She tried to destroy the sailor senshi before they interfered with her plans to gain the ginzuishou. User Image

She sent the four brainwashed generals of the earth; Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoicite, and Kunzite; after the senshi; they failed desperately. During the fight with Zoicite, Sailor Moon was revealed as Princess Serenity and Tuxedo Kamen as Prince Endymion. They all soon faced the power of Queen Beryl, a force to be reckoned with. By a twist of fate, they succeed in their efforts and were rewarded with peace; only for a short while. They were soon bombarded with evil forces: the Black Moon, Death Busters, Amazon Circus, and Shadow Galactica. Fortunately, they were joined by other senshi: a quick-witted racer, Sailor Uranus (Tenou Haruka); a musician of the seas, Sailor Neptune (Kaiou Michiru); a soldier who was guardian of the Gate of Time, Sailor Pluto (Meiou Setsuna); a frail girl with latent power, Sailor Saturn (Tomoe Hotaru); the child of the Earth and moon, Sailor Chibi Moon (Tsukino Chibi Usagi); and soldiers from another galaxy, The Sailor Starlights (Sailor Star Fighter, Healer, and Maker). Together these senshi defeated the darkest and strongest of forces, and they will continue to fight evil of all shapes and forms.</center>
