This idea was started by =Yuusha-no-Kyouko=, who is no longer with us. However the principal of the Charity Council Chain has remained the same.

In our humble opinion, everyone has something to give, and this is just the kind of place to give to. Our community is currently small, but well-rounded, so please, our home is your home, just as our founder would have wanted.

The entry fee is in place is for two reasons;
One] It will hopefully keep bad buisness out, and make the lives of our crew easier.
Two] It will help the guild keep running smoothly, and will allow new features to be added quickly.
