There stands the Four Great Nations. Thérion, Sophos, Apethantos, and Stoicheion.
The Kingdom of Thérion, the nation of Lycans. This Kingdom was full of life and control. After years of having to deal with their moon problem they finally managed to not kill themselves of. The difference in this nation is, they aren't just wolves. It was a pretty thought to think that wolves were the only shift era in the world, most of the different creatures kept hidden and rarely ever went out into main cities unless they were behind the capitol of Thérion. If you can think of a beast they live upon this Kingdom. Rodents, Felines of all breeds, Wolves, Reptiles, etc.
To the East of Thérion sits the nation of the Elves. Lost to the world as they have hidden themselves from the world. Giving up hope in every creature outside their race. The nobility of elves keep themselves secluded. Rarely ever going out into the other nations. It has been ages since such graceful creature has been seen that even their image had been forgotten. They are remembered as wise strong fighters, some see the other nations as weak and useless and others of the race wonder upon the other creatures. The Kingdom of Sophos lies west of the Nation of Apethantos.
Apethantos is the Kingdom of the undead. Where the moon seems to linger the longest. The King and Queen have lived for over a millenia and have seen the other nation be born and grow. They have no issue with the other races. They may see the others as weak and beneath them, but that is why they made Apethantos the prison Kingdom. It is where all the evil of all four nation comes to be dominated and subdued. Its their specialty.
The Kingdom of Stoicheion being the last of the four kingdoms. Well, it's more a Queendom. For there is only the Queen that sits open her throne for her King died over a hundred years past. She rules with an iron fist over the nation of the Fey. She is one of the few that has power over all five elements. Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Spirit. That being said many fear her. Yet, she has never spoken of war. Never seemed to harm anyone. For she is at calm with the spirits and she understands each life is special and sacred. Stoicheion is usually the haven Kingdom.
After three hundred years of undisturbed peace, there is ripple in the waters. Rumors are rising. The elves are said to want not but to rid the world of the greatest insult to the Gods. The vampires, the undead. Yet, there is word that the Vampires wish to take over the Lycans and make them their slaves once again. While the Lycans want to rule over the elemental magic. No one has heard word from the Queen of Stoicheion but war is coming. What will happen if it is not stopped. And most importantly. Who threw the rock into the pond to cause the ripples?
