It was a time when all was new...A time when the earth had yet become tainted with sin and the devil's touch. The most prized of the Creator's beasts of the land were to become known as "man's best friend", in centuries to come. But first there was to be a much darker time; a time where chaos ruled over many planes of the earth. When man was forever banished from Eden, the perfect world, it was sealed away in time, on another side of reality. There slept the guardian, a wolf of incomparable size and might. It is from this beast that God created all other wolves and derivatives thereof. This Wolf Diety represented all the potential for good in the world and posessed nine flowing tails, each containing the power of a seperate element. Sadly, when man fell from his innocense, the wolf too also took on the burnden of now having the potential for all that is bad in the world as well...Then the day came when the world ended and was made anew, but the planet was wild once again and left to the beasts and what small amount of man was left behind.
Each decending generation of wolf clan took on one of the nine elements which the Kyuubi Okami posessed in each of his tails. They used their powers for various things, some to reshape parts of the world (in small amounts). Others defected and went off on their own, terrorizing the scattered, still small, villages of man; as if men needed more problems...there are foul creatures from the abyss walking and haunting the earth as is.
Over a short period of time, new breeds came to be; not the domesticated breeds you and I are used to seeing today, but rather the more wild and feral types foxes, hyenas, and the like. These new breeds were much smaller than the wolves, but like the decendants of the Kyuubi, they too contained within them, partial elemental powers, some of which were hybrids of others.
This is the Dark Time....this is their story...

Gaia (Earth), Inferno (Fire), Tide (Water), Frost (Ice), Luna (Lunar), Storm (Lightning), and Gust (Wind), (Void and Holy are not for clans).
Same goes for the other species, however they usually specialize in derivatives of an element, such as instead of pure Tide element, they might have something akin to Mist or to a similar effect. You're free to ask any questions you have in your PM to me.

Age: how old (ranging from a 5-month pup-25 year adult

Species: Wolf/Fox/Coyote/Hyena/Dingo/Jackal
Height: typical of your chosen species
Weight: typical of your chosen species [[keep in mind that the average adult wolf is 2- 2.5 feet tall (shoulder height) and their bodies are between 4-5 feet long. Male wolves weigh on average 90 pounds and females generally weigh 80 pound, therefore you should avoid exceeding this by very much; I will make any necessary changes]]
Pack: the elemental pack you're associated with
Rank: as a general rule you'll have to ask me if you can be a high rank in your pack Alpha/Beta/etc
Backround: This should be a short (no more than 3 paragraphs-or 1 page on Word-single spaced) but clear and thoughtful description of your character and the role you wish to portray. If it requires editing I will PM you back with the changes made and marked in bold. Tell me about your look (feel free to provide a piece of art to reference your design if you cannot draw one on your own, just don't take credit for other's work) and any other details I should know about you.
