We will never eliminate DARKNRGY completely. In addition, I don't see how we can do anything about the weapon that uses DARKNRGY. What I think we should concentrate on, from this point forward, is making it irrelevant. The way to do that will be to promote peaceful, friendly relations among all Gaians and Zurg.
It won't be enough for us to have a peace treaty with the Zurg. That will be an important first step, but only a first step.
