Story:
A long time ago, there live 5 dragon and their lord. The dragon is divided into different element including heal, water, wind, fire and earth. Their lord is able to control every kind of element exist in this world. They live peacefully with every type of mystical being.
One day, a bunch of Kitirievu wanted their rank and money so they killed the dragon with their weakness. The humans told to public that the dragon killed many woman, man and children for money. Now, they were finally dead because of an illness. Everyone believe it and hated the dragon. Because of their hate, some of the human is turned into a type of monster called "Hysortia"
Now, the dragons reincarnate into a bunch of school girl and boy. They study in Elseite Academy and created a student council. But even a thousand or even millions of years have passed, people still hate the dragon. Every student in school hate them because they collect taxes, don't help student etc. The students only think that student council is only created to fight Hysortia. But no one really know that the money collected from student is use to buy new equipment for the school and donate some of the money to the poor.
The student council president is unknown to every student in school, they only know her first name is Ryuhime(竜姫).
