The Crayner Institute is secretly performing experiments on teenagers that have no family or have lost their family. Once they hear that you have no place to go they will come by and take you. How are they doing this without being arrested? Let's just say that the owner of Crayner institute is very close to the government. The institute is built on an uncharted island somewhere in the pacific ocean. The building in the picture above isn't the only building on the island. That building is the house of the owner of Crayner Institute. There are separate buildings for the experiments.
