The Story:

Time, it is a funny thing.... It can give one the ability to Hope for the future or it can be so very cruel, even when it feels like it is undeserved. The hardships that time creates forges memories which inspire those to walk their own paths. The longer the paths we choose to walk the more memories are made, but in a cruel twist of fate the more memories we accumulate on those pathes pushes those of old to the side and they become faded. The faded memories stay locked within the hearts, almost like a keepsake box. The heart gives us the power to remember places, people, and all sorts of things... yet even still there are those that don't want to carve out a path for themselves and create memories for that precious box to hold and keep safe. We must always remember that even if our memories fade from our minds, they will never fade from our hearts. Even in the darkest time when you think all is lost the memories stored in the heart from the path you have walked will alway be there to keep you safe.

The warriors of light and darkness are beings that wielded keys; their souls and hearts burned with the desire to protect what was most important to them, and even if those same hearts led them down a road that was less then reputable in the eyes of others their intentions were their own. The keybladers the walked the path of darkness burned with passion to gain strenght and through their own desires fought to protect their dreams. Those that walked the path of light seemed to want to protect those that the evil within the darkness sought to consume. They traveled between the worlds, realms, and even time itself, fighting to protect the last little slivers of Light that the Darkness had not crushed. When all was said and done the Light and Darkness came together in order to stabalize the realms in an effort to begin pushing them for balance. Years have pasted since this incident, but the memories of those events live on in the hearts of those who experienced it.

Heartless raided the worlds, the plants, people, animal, and all other forms of life were covered in darkness. Nary the slightest bit of Light remained, and the world plummeted forth into the Abyss. The darkness spread across the worlds consuming everything; it had even consumed Hope. Then after years of Darkness the Light Worlds produced those that could sail the waters of both realms in order to bring balance. These Key wielding warriors traveled the realms and experienced many hardships; finally after a long time of wondering and hoping the peoples wishes were granted. These warriors pushed back the darkness, and against all odds began to finally stabalize the worlds.

It is stated that when someone loses their heart, be it due to a heartless or keyblade, the heart the freed heart is absorbed by the darkness and become heartless. The shell, or husk, that is left behind started to move on its own and act without a heart. These beings may act as if they have hearts, but that is only because the have the memories that remember the way they're heat acted for them. These Nobodies seek out heartrs from anysource in order to become whole again, though it is also stated that th strong the heartless the stronger the heart must be. These pitiful creatures seek the hearts so that they may not cease to exist. In truth one could say they are simply clinging to life as all creatures do, but those that judge these creatures could be considered undeserving of life, for they are simply following the pathes their memories give them.

It has been twenty-five years since the events of Sora and his friends... The worlds that they aided began to become balanced due to their immense efforts. Sora had left the islands he called home to reconnect the memories and help people that were still lost in the Darkness. After his adventures he returned to Destiny island to live out his life with the others. Even though he returned thinking he had set things right, all were not well. After years of waiting darkness began to form again and push towards the boundries of the realm of Light. The events of the past are destined to reoccured in an endless cycle, but maybe not forever. The time has come for the next generation to stand up and walk their own paths. Will the next generation of warriors be able to drive back the evil forces that lie within the Darkness seeking nothing but total dominace, or will the husks expelled from but Darkness and Light return to claim what they believe to be their right. The Memories and Dreams of the past are shattered, and the pieces now lay where they have fallen.
