Pandemonium, capital of the Underworld, and home to Lucifer's throne. While it's citizens are considered evil, they think, they feel, and they clash. The seven districts of Pandemonium, each named for a different Deadly Sin, are in a territorial war. With the battle against heaven at a stand-still, the uneasy peace between the seven divisions of Pandemonium has become even more pronounced. Turf war, roving gangs, back alley dealings....who knows what could set off a full-scale war?

Description: Desire fuels every heart, and this is privy to no one more than the Chains, a seductive pack of cut-throats that can charm you with a smile before using your entrails to decorate their bedrooms. They are normally restless, and may wander into the other districts, hoping to draw out an attack.

The Basilisks [Envy District]

Description: A dangerous mix of cunning and brute strength... This is what The Basilisks are know for. They thrive, frequently raiding the other districts to obtain anything that catches their eye. If you aren't smart enough to keep it hidden or strong enough to keep someone else from getting it you won't hold onto it for long. But no matter how sly or tough the denizens of the Envy District are, each and every one of them live in constant fear of an eight year old girl and her stuffed rabbit.
