Truthfully, I just got sick and tired of trying to join a Lion King Guild only to discover that nobody's been there since 2007 or worse...

The Role-Plays

These are some on-going concept and plot line reconciliations that are unpublished novels in various stages of development. This is the place where these these ideas can be worked out and improved upon.

Lion King 3: Shadows

A role play based on the work in progress graphic novel (found over at TLKFAA and DA, by FireLemming which details the time between Mufasa's death and the events of Simba's Pride.

Hunter & Warrior

In a world where mankind is no longer at the top of the food chain and is isolated in small city-states divided by vast tracts of sterile wilderness, the wardens of this new world are a created species, Felis anthropoidae, a lion-like race of fierce, but intelligent felines, who work to keep mankind in check and ensure that humans never again wreak hovok on the Earth.

The elders, (older males who have lost their challenges for leadership and have been exiled to a life of study and reflection) have assigned Jason, a young lion who is ready to leave his pride, the task of contacting one of the smaller, "wild" prides. If he is fortunate, he may be allowed join their band and in time, challenge their leader for control. It is a risk that Jason is willing to take.

But he discovers that the wild pride has been slaughtered... by humans. However, there is been a surviver, a female, bent on bloody revenge. Now Jason must do all he can to stop the lone female from starting a war between humans and lion-kind.


Into the Temple of the Wind

Arris, an elfin war-mage, loves a human woman, who bears him a half-blood daughter. His elven lords can not accept this and orders both mother and baby killed. Arris cannot save his lover, but rescues his daughter. He flee to the remote sanctuary of the wind, fire, water, and earth. It is a place that even the powerful elfin lords cannot tread with impunity.

Marasa, the chilly priestess of wind, has also given Arris a child.... another daughter, this one a full-elf whose blossoming powers promise to become staggering. However, when Arris' halfling daughter also proves to be a force to reckon with, it is decided that she will be raised and trained alongside the wind-priestess' daughter.
