Sugoi Japan is a Japanese culture club founded by my Graphic Arts teacher, Mz k, for high school students and alumni who are interested in things like anime, manga, and Japanese language and food. Over the last two years the club has grown to include over 100 members, and continues to baffle the school's administrators over how a teacher gets so many students to show up at school on a Friday afternoon without blackmail. Me and several other members have decided to come together and create a Gaia chapter, and reach out to even more people with the same interests. We will keep everyone up to date with the main club's activities, as well as host our own Gaia-based activities.
