A storm rolled on outside of the bar as you came in drenched from the sudden down poor. There were many others in there that night seeking shelter from the storm, humans and demons alike.

“Come in, come in and listen to my stories,” A female voice came from a cloaked figure sitting in a chair close to a fire. The voice was old and so were the hands that beckoned others to sit around her. For a moment the hooded head looked towards you and she motioned for you to sit. As you did she began to speak again. “There are stories that said demons and other creatures lived and ruled beside humans. Those are just stories of old at least that is what the humans use to say but now they have seen how wrong they were.

“In the year 3050 the first war began. The demons reviled themselves as they targeted the vampires that lived in the shadows of the humans they fed on. Like now, the Sarows had stood against their own kind to defend the vampires…” The story teller paused and lowered her head, “As you all can see the vampires are gone for they could not stand to the demons and humans that wanted them dead. Well, I shouldn’t say all of them are gone… there are the cursed Blood Demons, but that is a story I will save till the next rainy night.

“It was over 200 years ago that the demons turned on the humans that had helped them. Unlike the vampric war though dragons have joined the fighting on both sides. Now so far into this war this out come is un clear as both sides seem to be weakening but neither side willing to fall.” The story teller fell silent for a long moment be fore reaching up with an old hand to remove the hood, she was a wolf demon indifferent in the war. “What side will you choose in this war?” she asked looking towards you with kind yellow eyes.
