I would like to thank all who entered and tell you that win or lose, everyone at Brick appreciates every entry recieved. See you at the awards ceremony, which will occur at 1:00 PM US Pacific time on Monday! You can use the map below to figure out the time for your zone. Pacific time zone is highlighted in red. It's been a while since Brick's first art contest, about six months, and it was how I found Brick. Well now it's time for a brand new contest, complete with five times the prize total as last time to 1 mill! I'll be your host this time around, and I'd like to thank all the Brickers who generously donated. So artists, get your pencils, pens, mouses, paintbrushes, sidewalk chalk, or whatever ready and stun us with your art! All media forms welcome and wanted! Feel free to ask a question here in the thread, there's about two of us, so we'll be sure to answer quickly! Have fun!

Due to artists needing more time to work, the contest has been extended through winter break to January 1st!

[RULES]

1. Don't be an a*****e.
2. Art theft will result in disqualification and reporting!
3. Do not post in Brick, or you will be disqualified from the contest.
4. Enter as many pieces as you like. A single artist, if qualified, may win multiple prizes, but only one prize per piece of art.
5. Don't be a b***h.
6. Keep it PG-13.
7. Check the drama at the door. Nobody likes drama that hasn't been checked first.
8. Entering in this competition does not guarantee a win.
9. Not entering in this competition does not guarantee a win.
10. Post all entries here with your name, the title, and URL of the piece.
11. Individual categories will be judged by their respective characters, grand prizes judged by a vote among brickers.
12. Obey the fist.
13. Include us in your art.

[SUGGESTIONS]
Hints to help you win.

1. Include us in your art.
2. Look over the images linked below. Try to incorporate some of that stuff into your art.
3. Group pics!
4. Be creative. I will love you forever if you draw us in sidewalk chalk outside somewhere and take a picture of it. Just note that Brick and its regulars claim no responsibility for any lawbreaking that ensues.
5. Surprise us.
-Kind of surprises I like: Unexpected, Pleasant, and Strange.
6. Make your art look awesome. Even if you don't consider yourself very talented, still enter, and do your best to make your art crisp and clean. You don't have to have a ton of talent to make your art have style.
7. Read over the next couple of pages, it says a lot about the kind of people you're going to be drawing.
8. Look over the other entries, and see who hasn't been drawn yet. Draw them. It's better for you to have the only not_a_real_girl piece than to have the seventeenth Cryostix piece.

I'm a huge Neil Gaiman dork, so I'm going to toss in 5k for the best drawing of a group of Brickers as the Endless. All seven of them. Destiny, Death, Dream, Destruction, Desire, Despire, and Delirum. You could draw us as who has the best matching personality, or just who you think fits best, but I'd really appreciate it you'd throw me in there, even if it's only as a secondary character such as Merv, Fiddler's Green, etc. from the Dreaming.

I'll try, but it will be difficult to work out since Francois has staked out 25k just for herself, FiRN, Zanzi, and z0e. Once all the funds are together, I'll discuss category possibilities with everyone.
