Heaven's Celestial Surprise's Note
This Scoop just exudes purity and a vast amount of calmness. She can be exceedingly patient and kind, almost to a fault. Her innocence and sometimes misguided judgment can lead her astray, however, and get her into all sorts of sticky situations.

Well, it hasn't been long since Celes was born, and already she's begun to make friends. It would seem that Kinu Aisu's nephew Checks seems to be enamored by her halo, and has already tried to eat it. She didn't like that too much.

She also met Twist of Fate, the fortune-teller Scoop, and Splish Splash, who seems to like her singing talents.

Hopefully with a few friends she'll be able to come out of her shell a little more. I don't think BC will like her tagging along after him forever.

"I hope she wikes it!." Splish said as she set the present down on the doorstep.

"I do too." Yume whispered to her as she walked away.
