The Angel Letter Lotto Bash [v.2.0]

As you may know, the previous Angel Letter Lotto Bash was opened since Febuary and hasn't been completed yet. Since Febuary, there has been quite some chances in marketing, as well as members. It came to me that my partner, whom I shared the Lotto with, was leaving Gaia. Therefore I decided to move the Lotto from under the mule and watch it over on my account. Thus, I bring you The Angel Letter Lotto Bash [v.2.0]! =D

I think I'm going to close down this lotto. It's too much for me. ><
I know that I just opened up this new thread but I can't deal with it anymore.

Lotto:
arrow There will be 9 500 tickets at 100 gold each.
arrow If there are any PMs concerning donations, they will be flamed; be warned.
arrow Any number of tickets may be bought.
arrow If you wish to withdraw from the Lotto, half of your ticket price will be give back.
arrow Before sending trade for tickets, post how many you are buying. Send trade to me with the lotto in the title.
arrow Winners will be chosen at www.randomizer.org with a screen shot given.
arrow Winners will have one full week to send trade, otherwise winner will be re-chosen for that prize only.
arrow Once all trades are completed, screen shot will be given of completed trade screen.
arrow Tickets are given out at a first come first serve basis, there will be no choosing ticket numbers.

Bumpers:
arrow Each bump shall be numbered.
arrow If you attempt to cheat, you will be banned and all your ticket slots will become open without any refund. We will keep track.
arrow You may converse instead of bumping, just make sure that you have "bump" and the current bump you are on in the post.
arrow If you bumped in the previous Lotto, you may continue from where you were, provided that I give you my approval.
arrow You may just start bumping, there are no ticket buying requirements.
arrow The random bumper prize will be given out to someone with over 30 bumps.
