You don't know quite how you ended up here, in the Scottish highlands. That holiday sounded like a good idea, see the sights, and soak up some culture. That is until you found yourself lost in torrential rain in what appeared to be a military test site. At least, the perimeter fencing made it seem like that. One of the guards caught you and brought you here, to the main labs, where you were allowed to leave on one condition.

That you met their head of genetic science, Professor Ryong Shin and took home one of the department's excess creatures.

Otherwise you were considered a trespasser on military land and would be imprisoned. You decided to see just how bad these creatures could be and headed down into the storage labs behind the assistant.

The species, you are told on the way, are known simply as by products of Project SinZ.

The SinZ, you are told, are the results of a trans-dimentional rift fishing session by the doctor. He required some off-earth specimens to work from, so sent a random signal out to his old homeworld and returned with the first two Sinz. After that he simply bred the two and random-cloned the rest to maintain a degree of genetic diversity. As soon as he was happy that he had a population that could breed without decending into inbred traits, he decided to release them to the public and see how things turned out with trainers.

The SinZ themselves are similar to canids on Earth, exibiting in the early stages of their life, much similar behaviour. However as they grow, their intelligence takes an exponential boost, until they are on occaision, more intelligent than their human masters.

They see via a combination of thermal imaging and telepathy, a combination that makes even pitch blackness visible to them. This sort of vision was essential to them in the dark and dreary underground labrinth they previously called home. On top of this, they demonstrate a remarkable resilience to radiation, some of the early specimens coming up to a similar level of tolerance to radioactivity as Ryong himself.

Their claws are made of a diamond-like material which can shatter but never wear down, an essential part of their subterrainian nature and they communicate via three possible ways, common tongue, their own language or telepathy.

Ryong Shin, project leader of SinZ, is not even human. A member of a species known as the Teced, he came to earth to work on his reasearch away from his home planet's intrusive radioactive atmosphere. Here his results are pretty much unchallenged by anything except atmospheric oxygen.

He retains his species primary feature however, plasma-like wings designed to absorb radiation and at the same time give off their own radiation. He decided to seal them in lead for the time being, and they are the metal wings that one sees behind him.

Teced are naturally very short, but more than make up for what they lack in height by sheer brainpower. Possessing a silicon brain, he can think at a much greater rate than normal humans but at the same time is arrogant and a pain in the butt to work with. His long-suffering assistant Baneful could testify to that.

All rp takes place within the compound, which by the way is enormous. The whole area is surrounded by sweeping veiws, rich landscape and snow topped hills. It is Scotland after all. However, like Scotland itself, the climate tends to be on the wet side, something which owners and SinZ alike will have to deal with in their own way.

The flora and fauna are very much those typical of highland Scotland, look out for the resident Golden eagle. She's called Tess.

Flatsales

Flatsale pets cost 6K each and are given out in two possible ways, the first is through a speed-based flatsale where, at a set time in the thread, a few SinZ will be released to users. The first to claim a pet gets it.
In the rp based flatsales, responses to a set prompt will be what gets the pet, most of these rp flatsales will be judged by yours truly.

Auctions

Auctions will be for the rarer pets, namely the angelic, demonic and cosplay editions, each will run for a week normally and the best bid wins the auction. These will be held in external threads for that specific purpose.

Customs

Customs are open in several different formats, with several flat prices.

50K - A regular custom edit, with the user's choice of colours these are plain lineart and hair is only customisable to a small degree.

100K- Minor lineart edits are attainable at this price, along with much more complex patterns.

150K - Major lineart edits and complex colouration

200K - A new lineart single stage SinZ (limited edition) Only availiable if the set slot is open.

Hokay, here's the deal. Each stage has accessories availiable to them, things that will fit. However, these decorations are for one stage only, the SinZ won't carry them over to it's next stage (just like baby rings don't fit adults) Each new stage, accessories can be bought anew from the selection availiable.

Custom items carry over.

Anywhoo, the pup stage accessories are availiable at this point for 500g each and are sold in sets (i.e If you order the bracelets, you get two of them, the ear-rings then you get all of them.) feel free to specify if you want to miss out anything.
