Unwanted Demons]

Sometimes...you may find yourself unable to care for your demon. Though a sad thing, it is a reality one must face. Since your demon may not be given away (aka change ownership though your own methods) and instead of abandoning the little demon, leaving it to be stuck in one stage and forcing a DD employee to snatch it from you, this has been created, the release form.

Using this form, you relinquish ownership of your demon back to the DD Shop. In so doing this, you know that you no longer have any right to the pet, and that it will be reverted back to it's original temple stage, and sold off to another person, and renamed. Your journal in the guild will also be deleted.

If you feel you want that particular demon back...too bad. Again for emphasis, you loose any and all rights to this demon if you use this form and release your demon back to the Demoniacally Darling Shop. This means you may not harass the new owner of your demon, as well. Any reports of this and you will be reported to a Gaia Moderator.

Also know that when you put in this form, you will receive NO REFUND.

Release Form

Owner's Name: Obviously your name
Demon's Name: Obviously your demon's name.
Reasoning for Release: Doesn't have to be long, we just like to know what happened for history's and record's sake.
Waver and Acknowledgment: By sending in this form I understand that I loose any and all rights to my demon. That acquiring the same demon over again is not an option and I may not interfere negatively/harass the new owner of my demon. I also understand that I will be receiving no refund.
Do You Agree to the above Waver and Acknowledgment? Yes or no answer is fine here.

A Land Ravished by a war with no clear ending. It was kill or be killed; one race struggling to survive while the other fought to claim dominance. An era where demons walked the earth and lived for their pleasure.. The Pleasure to kill........
Then one day it stopped. Gone were the adverseries man fought so hard to defeat as if into thin air. At first it was speculated that it was a trap to lull them into a sense of secruity before attacking while the guard was down but the attack never came. Instead years passed in peace and man pospered without a clue of what became of their ancient foe. Experiences turned into the tales of the old, and eventually as the tellers too left this land, the tales became the legend of fantasy. Never truly something that could occur in the "real" world.

Modern day in the land of the rising sun-
"Nikkii just make sure you don't forget I'll be home by 6!" a deep pair of blue-green eyes rolled themself in irritation and called back down from on top of the stairs. "yeah yeah! i heard you the first time mom!" The only thing that answered was the slamming of the front door. Nikkii was not surprised Sher mom of course expected for her daughter to have the house straightened before she got home....as if she would never think to defy her mother. Didn't even wait for an answer!
She sighed "mood swings much?" twirling on one sock covered foot she fully intended on returning to the sanctuary of her room for few mintutes peace. Before she even took one step ,reality pulled her back with responsibilities.
*DING DONG* wincing at her luck she conteplated ignoring the door. Fat chance. Good daughters don't do things like that and all she needed was for someone to rat her out to her mom; so she sped down the stairs almost twisting her ankle in the process.
"Forgot something?" only to open the door to an empty porch. "huh?" she looked down. At her feet was a rather large cardboard box. "well you obviously didn't arrive through the mail....no postage" She glanced left and right but was only met by an empty street that probably wouldn't see any actual activaty intill after late noon. Shrugging she picked up the box and set it into her living room. A Note was Folded on top.

May what was once cruel and destructive be now guided to the light. May the ancient enemy of man have paid for their sins and repent. Choose the protecters well.

Nikkii doubled over in laughter. that had to be the corniest thing she ever read! Someone had to be pulling a prank on her. Decieding to play along she opened the innocent looking box fully expecting her mother or siblings to pop out from hiding after she opened a package of worms or something equally childish. Instead inside layed an Intricately carved temples which seemed to glow slightly as if happy to be finally free of the cramped box. She looked over at it in awe . Well this was certainly different. Without warning a Sense of power washed over her..........mine to protect.......

Sealed-The youngest stage. Also the stage in which the demon lays dormant soaking up the aura of it's protector and it's surrondings. Eventually the temple will waver. expect some miracles soon!

-Growth Requirements-
Four posts of any type in RP Thread/Journal (RP Sessions count as ONLY ONE, RP Thread entires MUST be transcribed into journal.)
One 'Dear Diary' Entry in journal from Guardian's/Family's POV

Infant-the most vunerable stage. Without the protection of it's seal the demon is now fully dependant on it's guardian. It will arrive from it's temple already wrapped in a colorful blanket. Soon your baby will seem to shake in and out of focus. Don't be alarmed this is normal.

-Growth Requirements-
Four posts of any type in RP Thread/Journal (RP Sessions count as ONLY ONE,RP Thread entires MUST be transcribed into journal.)
One 'Dear Diary Entry in journal from Guardian's/Family's POV

Child- The learning stage. Your baby has just "poofed" into a child clothes and all! The demon is just realizing the envoirment in which it was born into is a extremely interesting place. Alot of it's personality is gained in this stage. Again you child will seem to shake in and out of existance. You should be used to it by now.

Adult-Poof! The final stage. Have you raised your demon right? Have they learned compassion in this new life? Have they found love?

-Continued Owning of Demon-
At least one post a week of any form (including Dear Diary entires) in the RP Thread/journal. RP Thread entires MUST be transcriped into Journal.)

Growth Form

Once you have met your requirements, you will need to send in a form to Loungebaby so you child may finally grow. Remember, don't send this until the time and post quota are met!

Stage Growing Into: Infant, Child, Teen, or Adult

Special Possessions:Anythign your child finds highly valuable and keeps on thier person, like a treasured necklace or something of that nature.

Identifying Marks your child has: Scars, tattoos, piercings, all that kind of thing.

Current Mood/Personality: Determines your child's facial expression. IN the event of no mood change, jsut say "Same as Previous"

Being a demon isn't always fun and games. There is alot in this world that indangers them everyday. Things from the very mundane to the slightly abnormal seem to be part of your child's everyday life. Unfortunately as parents we cannot follow our child every step of the way; you must give them room and independance to grow.
Fortunately the problem was solved. The very same mysterious benefactor who blessed your life by giving you a child; has now given you the means to protect them while you are away.

Rules

~Only owners may get a Familiar. no lurkers
~you are only allowed one familiar for your child
~You can only acquire a Familiar during the Teen stage.
~The Familiar only has Four Stages.

+Baby+
+Adult+
~The Familiar takes half the time to grow. 1/2 month=1 stage growth
~Familiar must be mentioned at least twice in each stage (Teen and Adult) to develop
~The cost is 10k because though the familiar may not have as many stages as the Darlings; it is basically a custom order. (also for some reason nikkii has to put alot more effort into animals then she does humanoids).
~There will only be two slots at a time. First come first serve so please no upset feeling kay?
~The familiars will be ordinary animals (ex- No dragons but you can have a dog that resembles a dragon. This is to keep a line in between the darlings and the Familiars. Get it?)
~Please first verify there is an empty slot open; then state that you want a familiar in the shop before you pm me the order form. This way everyone knows that I'm being fair about the order the animals are made in.
~Immediatly send the trade after pming me.

Familiar Species: cat(long haired), dog(husky), lizard(gecko) etc.
Gender: umm this speeks for itself
Physical Description: Describe what you animal will look like. whether its a dog with scales instead of fur or just colored electric purple. Be descriptive! I'll let you know if your going too far with it. So have fun.
Egg color: don't get too fancy here. Just red blue green etc. will do
Other: the little things like whether or not they wear a collar or have a coat for some reason your child wanted to dress them up in.

* When you animal is ready to up a stage and 15 days have passed from the last growth please pm me thie form
