Rules

1. Don't steal any art work! Malaisra worked hard on it. Stealing is wrong, bad, and mean. So don't do it!!!
2. Please be nice here, and everybody will be nice to you! We want to make and be friends.
3. RP isn't required.
4. Respect everyone in the thread and staff!
5. Don't fight or flame anybody in this thread. Don't start a fight either. If you want to be included in a fight, or start a fight, no worries, Tsu // Kawa will kick you out.
6. Follow all of Gaia's ToS
7. Always have fun!!!
8. Only PM colorist if you have permission from [Sky Guardian] frist, if the colorist flames you please let me know and i'll take care of it.
9. Follow the rules.

RP Rules
If you want to RP, please follow these rules.
1. Don't have your penguins cyber with each other!! It's wrong and stupid, and nasty.
2. Be nice in RP. This goes with the shop rules too.
3. No god-mode! You aren't invincable, and neither are your penguins.
4. No RP for another penguin // owner

Staff Rules
1. Please have at least 2 flatsales everymonth, and have one auction and one raffle.
2. After flatsale please send 500 gold to [Sky Guardian]
3. Please respect other staff and visitors.
4. Always read staff notes.
5. Try and make your flatsale different from each other one.

Q - How much do they cost?
A - 2k in a flatsale

Q - How many can I buy in a flatsale and how many can I own?
A - You may buy only 1 in a flatsale and you may own as many as you like

Q - Do // can they breed?
A - Like any other breedable shop, yes

Q - Do I have to RP?
A - No, but we would like you to just TRY and stop by the shop. But light RP is recommended!

Q - How much are custom?
A - 7k

Q - May Penguins shade certs?
A - Not sure as of now, but mayby soon.

Flatsales
Flatsale Rules ...
1. You can only buy 1 penguin per flatsale.
2. You may buy one for yourself, and one for a friend. // When buying for a friend, please say so.
3. Do not post forms until the colorist posts "GO!" in big, blue letters. Any forms taken before that will be ignored.
4. Always fill out the form. There will NOT // can NOT be any blindspots in the form, or it will be ignored.
5. Make sure you put a title "Colorist- Total- " so the the colorist doesn't get confused!
6. Send your trades to the colorist who colored your penguin.

Once in a while, we will hold auctions. Auction Penguins will ALWAYS have a Starting Bid (SB) of 2k. The minimum increment will always be 100 gold.

Once in a while, we will hold raffles. Raffle tickets will always be 50 gold! One person can have as many as they want. You can buy for a friend, just say so.

The Life Cycle
Every penguin comes in an egg, unless colored as an adult, and sold as an adult. Currently, they go through 4 stages of life. And before you move on to the art, remember, NO STEALING!

Your penguin is developing! You have to be very careful at not dropping your egg!

Your penguin has hatched! You still have to be careful, but showing them love and care at this stage will do you good ; along with your penguin.

Your Penguin is on the way to adulthood! You still have to be cautious and loving, penguins are dullible at this stage.

Well you know the story when 2 people fall in love and have the talk and want to have babies well that story is here, so lets get down to what you need to know^_^

When breeding it is only male and female, nothin other then that, you must see a slot open, make sure you ask the colorist, and PM them with the title "Breeding" and include the penguins and as soon as you get a reply please send a trade to the colorist with 3k from each owner(s) and makes sure you give them your penguins so they know what they look like^^

Roleplay
Roleplaying in this thread is lightly/slightly recommended. It will give you benefits for your penguin. Roleplaying can be between whoever you want, just as long as you do not roleplay for another owner/character/penguin. Doing so will get you banned!

If you read about breeding, which you should have, you would know that roleplaying is the only way to get two penguins to breed. Why? So you know that the penguins actually want to breed! Arranged breedings are no fun.

Anyway, when roleplaying, you need to follow these rules (Also stated in Rules Post)...

Events Info
Every now and then, this shop will hold events, for holidays, etc. You can win items, penguins, rare items for your penguins...you know, somewhere in that range.

Anyway, events will be announced beforehand, just so you'll know when to be here and whatnot.

Events are very special, but don't think you can get away from the rules. You still have to follow the shop rules, because an event in a different thread is still the same shop.

Event Status: None going on right now

Staff Notes

Staff members, please read this!

Colorists...
- When a penguin you colored has been bought, a trade will be sent to you. Accept it, and send 500 gold to me after it is confirmed. If not, you will not be a colorist anymore. But I know I can trust you to do this.
- If you do not like this method, talk it over with Tsu or Kawa, and we can compromise.
Before having a flatsale...
- Let Tsu or Kawa know at least 4 days in advance, and when you want to have it. That way, it is all organized. Even surpise flatsales -- you need to tell us about those too.
Events
-If you want to have an event, let Tsu or Kawa know. [We] can sort out a date, time, all that stuff. It's all just for organization // preparation.
