Welcome to my newest quest; The Quest to Give. I have been in a giving mood lately and have decided that I want to get a gift or two for some friends of mine. After their gifts, I will be giving out random gifts whenever I feel like it. The more you donate and/or hang out with all of us, the more likely you are to get a gift, so come on in and hang around. ^_^

Rules

The rules are subject to change as I see fit. I hold all right to add and remove/bend rules as needed.

+ Do not beg for things. It annoys the life out of me.
+ Do not PM me for donations. It's not going to happen.
+ Do not throw a fit if I never give you anything. I do not have unlimited gold.
+ Do not advertise unless I say you can. PM me for permission.
+ Do not post long bumps. I will report them.
+ Do not quote any of the first posts. If you need to quote a part of one, edit the rest out.
+ Do not make huge quote trees. Please keep it to 5 quotes or less.
+ Do not post large images over and over. If quoting a post with an image, edit it out.
+ Try to be litterate. No 1337 messages and things like "hi im kool r u" ....I hate that so much, I can't even express it.
+ When I'm giving random gifts, do not post over and over what you want unless asked directly by me.
+ Do as I and my mods say. Everything will be better that way.
+ Refrain from cussing. I don't like it.
+ Bump as much as you please. I prefer talking though.
+ Keep everything here PG-13 or under.
+ Play nice, kids. Be polite...

Free art

Just come and hang out, chat and such and you could win some free avatar art, or anime drawing; it's your choice. The more you post, the more likely you are to get the free picture. I'll pick a random number and the person that holds that post on the board will get the free art. If I end up with that post, I'll pick another until I have someone else to give art to.

For examples, go to this site. CRAPPY OLD ART!!!! ....Please don't judge by these...I'm better now...just too lazy to have anything up yet.

Bumping contest!

The first person to get to 500 bumps and/or posts will win 1k gold! You must number all your bumps and posts in order to win this prize. As I have said, posting anything will count as long as it is numbered. Basically, I just want people to see this thread and have more people hanging around here. ^_^ So let's say you're bumping and then someone else comes in. You can say something like "Hello! How are you today?" and still count that was a "bump" and number it with the next number between whatever you were on and 500. I do have to ask, though, that you don't use huge pictures. Small ones and/or banners are fine, as is showing a big one just once (such as showing something you drew/made), but no more than that. Also, if your first bump isn't dark blue and followed by the emo thing, then you don't get the prize. Make sure you follow that....

Also, the second place person will win free art of their choice. It can be a banner, avatar art, anime art, whatever...

DO NOT CHEAT ON YOUR NUMBERING!!! Don't even skip one letter. If you mess up, go back and edit it. I will be checking and so will all my mods. If you miss a number, we all get to eat your face. twisted And yes, mods do get to enter. No, they don't get to cheat either, not that any of them would. If they cheat, then I get to choose their punishment....and it won't be pretty. biggrin

Althought I don't expect anything but maybe a bump and "Thank you" in return, I would also like to receive a presnt or two, ya know. I only have a few items that I really, really want, so whatever.

10k Contest

Would you like to win 10k for free? Of course you do. You wouldn't be reading this if you didn't. Read this carefully for your chance. Anyone not following these rules the first time through will not be able to try again.

To put it simply, I love music. I love all different kinds of music, save a few. I want more music. That's where you come in. This is a music contest. You send me songs, and you get a shot at the 10k gold. I can promise you that this is not a scam and it will have a winner. It might run for a while, or it might run for a short time. It all depends on my mood, gold intake, and things of that sort.

What you need to do

Each person will be given a limit of four songs (subject to change) that they are allowed to send. Send these songs to my email at kasaikoori@yahoo.com, or MSN if I'm on your list... with your username in the subject. If you do not have your name in the subject area, then I don't know who you are and you might not get the prize. Also, if you don't follow the steps listed in the rules before sending the songs, I will really hate you and disqualify you without a second thought. Also, don't just send me the artist and title of the song you want me to hear. If Yuki says it's ok, that means I don't have that song! You must attach it to the email!!

How you win

I want to say first of all that I don't want to hear any whining. If you don't like these conditions, too bad! No one's forcing you to join the contest, and you're not expected to pay one gold. It's 100% free for the lot of you. You have not reason to whine and cry about it.

With that said, the winner of the 10k pure gold will be the one that sends me the song that I like the most. ^_^ Sounds simple, no? Well, it?s not. I will not give many hints, if any. It's based purely on the luck of the draw.

Yes, they do know me better than you. But do they have a better chance of winning? No, not at all. My tastes change daily. They can't see me 24/7, therefore they don't know what I want to hear at the moment. No one has a edge here.

+ Can I send you one song, see what you think about it, then send more?

Send them however you like. One at a time, two at once, then one later, one every couple days until you hit four songs; I really don't care. But no, I will not tell you what I think about the song you sent. I will not help anyone win.

+ When you say "anyone", does that mean you won't help your friends either?

Yep.

+ What happens if I try and send something and your inbox is too full to take it?

Then, and only then, should you contact me through a PM. Send me a little note saying that you can't get things through and I?ll delete and/or move things so that it's freed up again. ^_^

+ What happens if you can't decide between two songs?

Then I will split the prize and give 5k to the two people that sent them to me.

Yes, there are songs that I'm looking for. No, I will not mention them, but you may catch me "singing" one on the board if you hang around and chat.
