1. You may buy as many tickets as you want.

2. You can not chose your numbers.

3. Bumps MUST be numbered. Unnumbered bumps will not be credited to you. Too many unnumbered bumps and it may disqualify you. A bump can be accompanied by a chat post, just put it before or after your chats. Too many chat-posts with no bumps in a row or in general may disqualify you, so watch for warnings. (Disrupts Counters is the reasoning behind that.)

4. NO Cheating, the thread WILL be checked thoroughly before the numbers are called.

5. Follow all of Gaia's rules in this thread.

6. Trades MUST be labeled "BLACKJACK #" Where the #=the amount of tickets you want. If it is not labeled correctly it will be declined. Example if you want 1 ticket your trade would say "BLACKJACK 1" if you wanted 5 tickets your trade would say "BLACKJACK 5" and so on and so forth.

7. If you were reffered (either by word of mouth, or following a sig) by someone please label your trade with thier name following your ticket #s. If you are reffering someone please remind them to put that in their trade or you won't get credit for it. Example if you want 1 ticket and you reffered by AceDuce21 your trade would say "BLACKJACK 1 -AceDuce21" if you wanted 5 tickets and you reffered to by CardShark your trade would say "BLACKJACK 5 -Cardshark" and so on and so forth. If you refferred to by Miyu herself, don't bother -she does not count in that contest.

8. You will not start bumping until the word GO appears in large letters in the 15th post of this thread or you are disqualified.

9.You will stop bumping after the word STOP appears posted by me personally in this thread or you are disqualified. -Bumps occuring at the same time as the stop post will be taken into consideration. Once all tickets are sold start watching for the stop. Only 1 warning will be placed.

10. Do your own math please. Or ask someone for help, find a calculator, or PM me, but do not send a trade asking me how many tickets is this and put some gold. It will be declined.

11. Be nice to each other.

12. Play responsibly. Do not throw your last gold into this. Do some bumping, raise some money for yourself... be aware that while there are a lot of winners in this raffle - not every single person will win something unfortunately. So please be careful with your gold.

13. ABSOLUTE MULE FREE Do not buy tickets with your alt/mule. If I find out you have you are disqualifed with no refunds. Known mules will be declined. Do not bump with your mules. Once you have started bumping with a name, keep bumping with it. See about changing your name below.

14. Entering this lotto means you affirm that you have read, understand and will obey the rules. Any disruptions or breaking of the rules will disqualify you.

15. Miyu agrees to not put any of the gold she has gotten from the lotto towards her quest. Miyu has a mini-shop so if her quest number goes up she's doing well in her shop.

16. Miyu agrees to never spend more than 1/80th of ANY of the lotto proceeds before the lotto is over. This amounts to 200,000 Gold that Miyu will replace personally should the lotto ever crash. Though she will never put any to her quest, she may occasionally give to charities or host charitable raffles.

17. Do not edit your posts. Mistakes happen, just make a note of it in your next post or deal with it & move on. If you are caught doing this by one of my watchers you could be disqualified.

18. Do not stretch my pages. This is a big no-no. It should go without saying not to advertise in my thread as it's rude, but for those who need it to be a rule, here you go.

19. Page Prizes: In order to qaulify for the First Person On Page XXXX Gets a XXXX Letter Prizes, you must have at least 750 confirmed bumps. Sniping is still not allowed; if you hadn't been around for awhile then all of a sudden claim first post on a page, then disapear again alltogether it will be consided sniping and the letter given to the next qualified person not cheating.

20. May the bump be with you, bumpers.

XiangMiyu's Bumps will not count towards the bumping contest, and she may bump periodically.

You may enter all of the contests.
You do not have to buy a ticket to enter any of the other contests.

About Ticket Prices/Slots: Yes I do realize that the per per ticket is a little higher than most lottos, however, I do not think it practical to try and sell millions of slots. This lotto has 640,000 slots to fill and believe me even that is going to take a long time. We all want this lotto to end someday, so I felt a little higher gold is a small price to pay for fewer slots. I would hope you agree and buy a few.

Refunds: Lottery will run until tickets are sold. If for some unforseen reason it folds, you will get the money back you paid for the tickets, unless you recieved letters in return for buying tickets. (That will be considered a letter sale.) If the lotto Ends Early (See Ending Early), one week will be given for people to make any objections and they may withdraw from the lotto with a refund, unless letters were exchanged for gold. No refunds otherwise.

Name Changes: If you change your name you need to alert me right away please so I can update your entries. If you were banned and had to switch to an alt, well I apologize.

Problems: If there are any problems you may PM me. Do not PM to me beg, whine, annoy or flame me. I will be willing to attempt to work out any real problems.

Lotto End: Final winners will be annouced in the fourteenth post of this thread once the lotto is over, so keep an eye on it at the end of the lotto. Winners will be PM'd to let them know they won, and they have 1 week to pick it up, or #s will be drawn again from the remaining tickets. If you are going to be away for an extend period of time it's wise to let me know that ahead of time or you may loose your claim on the winnings.

Ending Early: In the event Miyu decides to end this lotto early, she will take the lotto funds (actual ticket sales) divide it by half, and give half to the top bumper; the other half going to a winner decided by randomizer.org. Miyu will be retaining the gold from those who bought tickets and recieved a letter (up to 5,500 gold per letter) that was given out to ticket buyers of 220 or more tickets, as well as gold spent from her shop's offer. This amount will be subtracted from the lotto funds before the number is divided; this was Miyu's gold to begin with anyway. Only actual ticket sales will be divided up among the two winners should the lotto end early. Bump Prizes will not be retracted. Miyu determines when or if this happens, not the players.

Agreement: You agree that you will NOT have someone log in to ANY of your names to bump FOR you. You do your own bumps, period. Cheating is uncool, and will disqualify you when you are found out. You also agree you will not use any alts to enter this lotto or any of the contests.

In the event of a rollback/another migration: Well there is some good news and bad news about that. The good news is all of your ticket #s and the amount of gold the lotto has is not kept solely on Gaia. There is an account book & register that is kept in three different places: my hard disk, a flash drive, and uploaded to a file server. That makes four copies in existance at all times. So the good news is, this thread can be rebuilt and nothing concerning the tickets or gold amount is lost.

Now the bad news, or semi-bad news. The bumps will be lost. However the records to the last confirmed bumps are kept in a similar manner, so not all is lost. The top eleven players will be allowed to continue bumping from thier last confirmed bump. If Miyu was a hundred pages behind then that is just the way it is. She hopes that it is some consolation that not ALL is lost, or must be started over again from zero.

In the event of a Gaia glitch and funds are lost: Miyu will soak the differences up to 200,000 gold.

You may talk all you like w/in this thread between bumpings, just follow the rules.

So I need help promoting this lotto. Bumping helps yes, but putting the link in your sig, or telling your friends about it helps more. You can get the codes below for sig-banners.

Why bother? Well here is what you could win:

The person who has reffered the most people wins 100,000 Gold.
The person who has reffered the second most amount of people wins 50,000 Gold.
The person who has reffered the third most amount of people wins 25,000 Gold.

Here are a few tips to follow.

1. Do not spam or annoy people with annoucements of this lotto.
2. Do mention it to your friends, put it in your mini-shops, your quests, your sigs, or at the end of your PMs. This is not a requirement, merely a suggestion.
3. Remind people that if they enter that they need to label their trade properly with your name after their number of tickets they are buying. See below for examples, & make sure they understand how to label it properly. If they don't do it, then I apologize. Only trades properly marked will be creditied to you.
4. Don't nag them. Don't yell at them if they make a mistake. Just move on.
5. Don't nag Miyu. She updates when she updates.
6. Respect people, the ToS and my authority.
7. Yes, even if they buy just one ticket, your refferal still counts.
8. NO MULES.
