Welcome to me art shop! I've been creating artwork for as long as I can remember, and I'm always improving as I practice more and more. On Gaia, I can get good practice while also raising gold and getting items, so I have an artshop. X3 I've had an artshop before, but things didn't work out so well. I was usually too busy, and I didn't have a scanner so I couldn't scan in any work! xp ! But now I've graduated, and I bought a scanner, so har! pirate

Under the title banner you can see if I'm open or closed. Ordering information is below. If I'm closed, you can't order, and if I'm open, you can. If the waiting list is full, or if I'm busy with another project, the shop will be closed. If you're on the freebie list, you can order whether the shop is closed or not.

Here are the rules for the thread. Please follow accordingly or you could get in trouble. ^^;; These can be updated at any time.

Under no circumstances are you allowed to break any rules of the ToS and/or Gaia Online. You will be reported for:

- Scamming/Impersonation

- Cybering
You are not allowed to post any artwork shown here in your signature, roleplay bio, or otherwise unless permission is granted. You cannot post my art in the Art Arena, in threads, or otherwise on Gaia or off of Gaia. Any violations will be properly reported as art theft. You are not allowed to claim any artwork of mine as your own.
If you bid on artwork or purchase artwork (of any kind available here), you MUST pay when the time comes. As a suggestion, please store away the gold and/or items for the art so you do not spend/trade them. A good idea would be to just send the trade right away and leave me to confirm and send it back to you when I am finished with your artwork. If you need extra time to get a little bit more of the cost, that is understandable (unless it is a bid).
I reserve the rights to all artwork (of any kind available here) and can use them freely as I wish. By recieving my artwork you do not own it, you partially own it. This means you have the rights to use it however you want and use it however you want, however you cannot claim that it is your creation, and you cannot sell it for real money or gold or any other type of currency. I reserve the right to do as I wish with it; this includes but is not limited to:
- Printing
- Duplicating
- Editing
- Selling prints of (likely on DevArt if I ever get into that)
- Posting anywhere
- Submitting to galleries (like the Art Arena or DevArt)
- Showing anyone
You cannot edit any artwork here in any way without permission. If you recieve artwork here, you may edit it to make it appropriate for any uses you may have. However, if you remove the signature on the image, you will be reported for art theft. Please remember this because I really do not want a situation like this to occur.

OMG. >___> Would you look at that? A lot got done! Changed the way ordering stuff works, but at least you can order now! Please be sure to read the posts here on the first page so that you don't mess up. And also remember that the samples are not updated yet, but you can see a current picture I'm working on for myself in the Works In Progress list. Autobuy is closed, auction open. Custom edits open... I'll open edit-item edits as soon as I get that section up.

When ordering anything, you must send a trade to me with the page number and the type of the order in the subject. If you do not then I will cancel the trade. (If it is meant to be a donation, please put 'donation' in the subject! gonk ) If you cancel the trade I will take it that you are cancelling the order unless you inform me otherwise. The reason why I like the trades there is because it's a to-do list of sorts for me. It also helps me keep track of what kinds of art I'm doing and where the orders are located.

If your art is gift art, simply post your order. :] Be sure to let me know that you are ordering.

And remember, be detailed and descriptive with your order. The last thing we'd want is for me to mess up on something! eek

Avatar Art::..

Avatar art is devided into two sections: autobuy and auction. In both cases, it is for only one character, as a single character takes up a slot on the Works in Progress list. So if you want two characters... get two slots! There may be times when rather than a full body shot it will be less:
- Autobuy:
  You can autobuy art if you do not want to place a bid. The autobuy will be estimated by the previous auction's highest bid. It will likely be a bit higher. In reality, the autobuy will be for those who don't want to wait for the auction to end. The autobuy slot will be closed if there are less than two free spaces available on the Works In Progress list.
- Auction:
  Starting bid will be estimated using lower bids and how fast they occured. For instance, if I get a 15k bid in 20 minutes, it's likely that for the next auction the starting bid will be 15k. The auction ends whenever a space on the work in progress list is freed. The winner then gets that space. However, auctions last at least a week, so if there is space on the Works in Progress list, the auction will not end until at least a week has passed.

Avatar Edits::..

There are two different types of avatar edits that you can order: custom and edit-item.
- Custom:
  A custom avatar edit is where you present details or references for me to make an avatar edit of the character portrayed. Custom avatar edits will typically be more expensive than edit-item avatar edits. You may add edit-items to your custom avatar edit but it will cost extra. Custom avatar edits also include custom poses, expressions, and animation. If there is no space on the Avatar Edit list, then you cannot order a custom avatar edit.
- Edit-item:
  Edit-item edits are avatar edits composed of pre-made original items. These are not items that you can actually put on your avatar, and they are not made by Gaia Online (unless they are variations of existing Gaia Online avatar items). Each different item has a set price. The total cost of your edit-item avatar edit will be a base fee of 100 gold plus the prices of each of the edit-items. Some edit-items may be specially limited. If you order multiple edit-item avatar edits, you only have to pay for each item once (along with the base fee multiplied by the number of edits you are ordering). This only applies if it is the same avatar that is being edited, so if you have two different avatars that you want to be equiped with edit-items, you will have to pay for the edit-items for each of them.
