Halley sat up in bed reaching over trying to hit the snooze button on her alarm clock not wanting to get up and start her morning jog. She got up and stretched yawning she changed into her jogging clothes and put her hair up in a ponytail as her cellphone went with a text message from Jay reminding her about practice later. She texted him back then grabbed her cd player slipping it on and she set out jogging out of the house down the street towards the track.
