September 21, 2005: The wonderful Meriko tried to get the sash for me, and I'm forever thankful
that she made the attempt. heart However, the sash was bought before the
girl saw our posts, and it doesn't look like she even remembered the thread
she made anyway. So, no sash, and no opportunity to get it.
Of course, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed. When you come
so close to having a dream realized, only to have it slip through your
fingers, it's natural to be a little down. But I find much comfort in the
fact that there are people out there who are willing to do so much to
help me. I love each one.
So now I'll go back to trying to save my gold and hoping. Who knows?
Another chance may be on the horizon.

July 17, 2005: Oh, dear. I did it again. I donated all my gold away. sweatdrop I really must stop doing this. Is there a
therapy group I can go to? "My name is Konami, and I'm addicted to donating." I can't help
it, though! It just feels awesome to help someone realize their dream.
Maybe this is why I don't get many donations. People know I'm just going to give
it away! *locks up her bank account* Okay! No more! I mean it! (Anybody want
a peanut?)
July 11, 2005: Well, after hanging out in an angelic sash giveaway thread here in the charity
forum, my hope that I'll get an angelic sash is, surprisingly strong. No, I didn't
get the sash -- obviously -- but it went to someone who deserved it, so I'm not
too disappointed. The fact that someone was willing to give their sash away in
the first place is inspiring and uplifting.
Unfortunately, I got caught up in the mood of the thread and donated all my
gold and two kiki kitties, worth about 60k. sweatdrop Eh heh. Oops. So I'm back
to square one! I'll continue bumping this thread and saving. I hope you also
drop a bump on your way out. Thank you!

Hello! My name, as the letters above my avatar might suggest, is Konami. And this is my quest thread!
I know, I'm stating the obvious...sorry. ^^; Anyway, I've decided, after enjoying Gaia since February of 2004,
to finally quest for one of the few items I really love -- an Angelic Sash! This is my third quest thread for it. I know, I know...I'm crazy
to think I could get ahold of one. But I figure...why not give it a try, at the very least?
