This is me:

and this is pretty much how I run pricing for my art:
sketch- 300 gold
inked- 500 gold
inked and coloured- 900 gold
black and white cmputer sketch- 1000 gold
colored on comp- 1200 gold

If you want fanart of an anime character, add 100 gold to each of those pricings.
