Well, what if your instincts weren't quite as off as you thought they were?</center>
The search for these elusive creatures was tedious, but I think in the end, everything will be rewarding. From what Laisewiel had relayed to me, she had begun this expedition a while ago after an encounter with one as a child. Her answer to my question--how do you know they exist and why pursue them?--had piqued my interest in joining the project: “As children, we tend to be less scrutinizing about what happens around us. This is a reason why some children are not afraid to interact with friends who appear only to them and not their earthly family and friends, these creatures and beings termed ‘imaginary friends’ by the very same people unable to see their existence. However, it seems with time, we lose in touch with carefree self; thus, losing contact with what other’s call an imaginary friend.”

She must have seen my inquisitive yet confusing look for she then added with a slight smile, “How does this answer your question? Let's just say I had a run with a old childhood friend, who told me that he was not of my imagination but a species that is slowly vanishing from this realm.”

Laisewiel would not relate her experience with me--claiming it on the grounds of cherished childhood memories that needn’t be shattered by others--but instead allowed me to see her travel log which chronicled her more recent encounter. According to the source mentioned in the travel log, in time, if nothing was done, these creatures--the Mirare, Illusio, Mirailusi, and numbers of others to be introduced--would vanish from our realm as some endangered species have. There was more information about the struggle and something about ancient texts which I skipped over. To say the least, I was skeptical…at until I had an encounter of my own, which I shall save you all from reading by relocating it to my journal.

Needless to say, I went to studying old texts which alluded to existence, and helping Laisewiel in the search for these creatures. As she scoured the world for them, preserving them in specialized flasks to be transported here for release to Gaians, I would ‘hold down the base,’ as the military say, and keep records of the ones summoned and released in Gaia.

Influential Myst (Price: 1.5K): Feeling a dislike toward the current element alignment? The effects of various types of this bottled myst can alter the alignment to just what you wish. However, be careful. Though changes are guaranteed, the effects of this item will not work on your creature after a certain stage.

Magnet Appeal (Price: ??): The effects of this particular service is unknown at the moment.

Reveal Mirror (Price: 2K): Curious as to which of the creatures you have within, or what its current final form or elemental status may be? With this item, creature type, final form, and/or element can be determined and monitored by the Sumner. All three may be monitored if you wish. [Note: Owners of the SE-O type are eligible to recieve this without needing to pay.]

Shift Seedling (Price: 1.5K): This item randomly increases up to 3 different stats (area includes everything between Constitution to Creativity in the GS). [Note: It occassionally might cause a decrease, but this is relatively small in percentage.]

Song Caeli (Price: unavailable): This is a tricky item...or rather song. Once your companion has reached a certain rank, he or she is capable of being affected by this strange article. A simple-looking stone with a strange aura that seems to whisper a song, it can cause your creature to develop wings among other things. [Note: The type of stone you buy will have an effect on which wings will develop.] More information later.

[01] Can I see a preview of stages?
Sure, you probably missed it on the way down to the FAQ. See the Legend section. 3nodding

[02] What�s the difference between an Anima and an Animus type?
The terms, Anima and Animus, are Latin for "soul." However, Anima refers to a female-engendered soul while Animus toward a male-engendered one. Basically, these "types" act as indicators of gender for these creatures.

[03] Are there times where you offer chances for a customs? / I want one that looks like [insert description]!
The creatures here are somewhat custom already, since we draw upon your interactions with your creature to create a visage for it. Certain sets may sport the same pose due to special circumstances (which will be noted prior to ownership), but the majority will all be different. Chances for customs will always be offered through auctions or pet trades.

[04] Um, I don't think I can wait for/afford a custom auction. Is there another way to get obtain one?
We completely understand and sympathize. The secondary route to get a custom, would be through a pet trade.

[05] I'd like to do a pet trades. What pets are you looking for?
The current list with particulars noted in parentheses. Pets that we are willing to offer anything for are shown in bold green.

[06] Can you be bribed into doing a custom without a flatsale?
Yes, fortunately for you. See the answer to question [03] for it applies to this question. In addition to pets, certain items catch our individual interest. PM offers or if you wish to discuss.

[07] Must I RP my Mirare, Illusio, or Mirailusi?
Well, we're not going to force you if you don't wish to. However, know this. We do watch entries in the Log/Journal for certain events and interactions between you and your creature. And though, it may not seem like a big thing, there may be downsides to neglect. Keep in mind...these creatures may not be RP heavy companions, but those that are RP-ed and interacting with others may have an advantage over one that hasn�t. On that note, there may be future events that require RP. So, in other words, if you don�t like RP or do not plan to, you may wish to just skip out on this creature as a companion.

[08] Why is so-and-so's Level/General Stats higher than mine?
We do not figure these values. Instead, everything is determined using Randomizer.org. You can up your stats using an item from the Services or by RP-ing.

[09] Is it okay for the flasks/summoned pet to interact with other pets?
It sure is. In fact, if it will encourage RP in the Logs or the shopthread, we're all for it.

Advancement through education!</center>
Here be where the Skills, Abilities, Rare Techniques, and Jobs are listed, if you haven't figured. ^__^ For the most part, Sumners may choose explicitly or have their summoned creature "choose" what is to be learned.

First, you must PM the Skills or Abilities to Aristeia Caeli. However, be sure that there aren't any prerequisites needed. To obtain a Rare Technique, there is a quideline, which will be listed (don't worry, it's a like a quest). In the end and completion of the task, the new technique will be added to your creature companion's GS. After the the addition, you must introduce it into your RP/log to indicate learning. Just because I add it your GS, does not mean that your creature has mastery over it. You must RP it's training and practice in use of that skill, ability, or technique. Mastery will be noted by percentage and bold text.

Skills are essential for life! ^x^</center>
The basics. All summoned creatures should at least try to master a few of these before attempting the harder Abilities. These are all pretty much superficial overviews of the particular subject area. [Note: Max of two can be worked on at a time.]

Art: Music, painting, and all of the aesthetics.
Cooking: Preparation of food.
Combat: Fighting. Learning of different fighting styles for stages one and two. Training may begin at third stage.
Detect: Sense ambush and/or concealment.
Herbology: Properties of and how to use them.
Meditation:Bring peace of mind with pratice and training.
Reading: Obviously, literacy will be needed to understand learning texts.
Track: Follow targets unnoticed.
Writing: What good is knowing stuff if you can?t write it down and send it to everyone you know?

Dance: Not exactly an attack, but it could be?
Hunt: Track and take down prey for survival.
Song: Maybe combine voice and song for entertainment?

Medicine: Taking herbs and their properties to the next level.
Music: Melody, accompaniment, and everything related.
Research: Knowledge is power they say.
Stealth: Unseen and unheard tactics of movement.

Projection: An illusion sent mentally to the physical realm. Experienced users may be able to create semi-solid projections.
