RULES to belong to any of the list of needing elves or faeries:
1.- YOU NEED TO PUT A LINK OR A BANNER OF THE FUND ON YOUR SIGNATURE!
2.- Elves and faeries DONATING often (no matter how little donations) their savings will get them sooner. If you don't donate and you're on the list of needy faeries, you won't get the wings no matter how hard you bump.
3.- BUMP THE FUND
4.- Try to FIND DONATORS! And if they say your name you will gain more points to get your item!
5.- If you need ears send me a PM With the subject "Morgoth stole my ears" and if you need fairy wings it must say "Evil Gurthaur cut my wings" and you need to send the first donation for wings (this will make me know you read all this post).
6.- People can't be on both lists at the same time.

If you have 500 gold as saving, you might donate it for the fund plus the donations of other people = The fund will buy your ears and give it to you. We will canalize the helping saving ALL THE DONATIONS until we can buy the ears/wings and give it to the most active people on list. If you want your ears/wing and are saving for them, is better if you donate this savings to the Fund, because you'll have it sooner in this way. If you are very active, bumping, donating and finding other donators, you'll achieve the goal sooner.

I will keep two different lists for needy elves and needy faeries, and I will keep different accounts for the savings for wach item 3nodding
