There are many species of Cylos: Commons (two sub-species), Mages, Hunters, Demos, Amos, Aquatic, Elder, and finally the Gods and Goddesses.
Commons
Commons Cylos are the most...well...common of all the species. Though they are considerably less powerful than the others, they make for very desirable companions. They are truly loyal and trustworthy creatures to those they care about.
Mages
Mages are higher in rank compared to the Commons and have a tendency to only interact with those of their own species. Like the Commons they are loyal and trustworthy towards those they love, despite the fact they will try to distance themselves from others. Mages are very apt in magic, which proves to be useful in they ever need to defend themselves. In other words I wouldn't go looking for trouble with one, unless you wish to find yourself in serious pain.
Hunters
Hunter Cylos are a very mysterious bunch. They are loners and prefer to be by themselves (even while hunting). They are never seen out in daylight...in fact they are rarely ever seen at all. An interesting not, hunters will neither choose a mate nor breed with anyone outside their own species.
Mountain
Description coming soon.
Demos
One word can be used to sum up these monsters. Evil.
Amos
Blessed are those who come in contact with this race of Cylos. They're numbers are few and seem to be dwindling more and more each year.
Aquatic
The Aquatic Cylos are truel a strange race. You should be warned though; they don't make good companions, unless of course you can stay under water for extended periods of time.
Elders
Respect the Elders, for they are far stronger and wiser than any Elemental or Warrior. Not much is known about this very small group of Cylos aside from the fact that they are very old and are at balance with the world around them.
Gods and Goddesses
No one knows how many Gods or Goddess exist. They have never been seen and never been heard. Many doubt their very existence, but the Elders know they are there, always watching over us.
