Stages and Information
Egg - Murgle eggs are very tough and strong. It's really difficult for anyone but a murgle to break it. Murgles lay their eggs and leave - the eggs don't need to be incubated or anything. I'll go out into the wild and hunt out eggs to give to good owners.
Baby - Once a murgle hatches, it's a little baby, a big head and tiny body. Murgle babies are cute and hardy. They're born with the knowledge of what they need to do to survive, because their parents don't stick around to guide them. But they adore affection, so an owner who actually shows some interest in his or her murgle baby may well find the baby's much more loving and happy.
Child - Murgle children are impish and curious. They're looking around at the world a lot more now, instead of focusing only on what they NEED to do. Murgle children tend to get into absolutely everything, so be sure to child-proof your home!
Adult - At this point, murgles don't need care anymore, though they'll stay with their owners out of loyalty. Murgles are extremely loyal. They make good pets and guards, and will care about everyone in a household, not just their owner.
Egg - Pyerl eggs are very tough and strong, but their odd extensions allow them to hear and remember what is going on around them even before hatching. Pyerl eggs left completely alone tend not to survive, despite their toughness. Something about consistent sound ensures their survival. I'll go out into the wild and hunt out eggs to give to good owners.
Baby - Once a pyerl hatches, it's a little baby, a big head and tiny body. Don't let their looks fool you - pyerls are some of the most intelligent creatures you can find. From birth, pyerls are gifted with an eidetic memory, and can speak any language they regularly hear with minimal teaching. Pyerls need someone around to keep them safe, though.
Child - Pyerl children get into
everything. They have an insatiable thirst for something new to hear, learn, see... they're constantly looking for something new and interesting to do. At this stage, pyerls still need some care, though not quite as constant.
Adult - By now, the pyerls have learned how to care for themselves. They still thirst for more knowledge, and are likely to get wanderlust to appease this thirst. But they'll always return home to those they love.
Certificates
While only three certs are available for free, the rest are purchaseable for the amounts listed above each section.
To change your background for another, simply post in the thread that you would like to change your certificate, and to which design. Then (if applicable), start the trade. At the moment, you may move between free certs as you please, though if this is abused, I may start charging a small fee to change your certs.
(The indoors cert can have different-colored wallpaper, if you prefer. I'll be making furniture for the house sometime soon.)
