Rules

- Image theft, modification, redistribution and resale of images are not allowed. You may not remove the names from the image, or claim any part of it as your own work.

- Sharing of images is not allowed, but you may purchase dragons as gifts for friends if you'd like.

- Images are for use on Gaia Online only, unless you speak to Grey Dragon for permission otherwise.

- Please be patient, we have over 100 orders come in every month and we are still working out the bugs in our ordering procedures. We are people with lives outside of Gaia, but we will try to fill orders as fast as we possibly can.

- Direct linking is not allowed, we will not refund or redistribute dragons that were lost due to direct linking when we take the dragons off our hosts.

- Be nice, and follow the ordering procedures below or your order will not be filled.

Ordering Procedure

1. Post your order on this thread using the form below. If you don't use the form, your order probably won't be filled.

3. We will PM you the images you ordered, and confirm your trade. You save them, and confirm your end of the trade.

Why am I posting this? Because I can << Please read through this before asking a question okay?

Where is the DTD website located?

Okay, I've ordered dragons...I want it to be a *insert gender here* and it's name be *insert name here....
- While not really a question, this does show up often. The dragons from this shop are NOT certed. What you get is the dragon image without sample or something written across it. No cert, no name, no gender. You can name/give genders to your collection if you wish, but it won't show up on the image itself.

Can I order the new month's dragons if I still have a trade from last month? I could just edit the trade...
-Please don't. It's easier if you just wait until the other order has been sent and the trade completed before starting a new one. If its a really big issue with you you can use a mule to order the dragons as "gifts" to yourself. Otherwise...just patience please. Edited trades get really...really confusing.

Why haven't I received *insert dragon here*. Its an older dragon!
-As stated above, if its from the previous month its probably being worked through. (The exception is some March orders, which are explained in post 1 of this thread) If its from LONG ago, like December or something, then its probably one of those ones that Gaia screwed us over with. Most of these dragons still have trades sent to Grey so you can still order the new ones as all new trades go to Dark Turret Dragons. Please leave your OLDER trades alone so things can be figured out.
If its a NEWER order...like the wildcats and such, then did you send the trade to the right person? Newer orders are processed via the mule Dark Turret Dragons, and trades sent to Grey for NEWER...dragons...are ignored.

How long does it take to receive my order?
-There is no set time really. Things here go in a certain order...collection, formatting, processing, and finally acceptance of trade/delivery. Each staff member here has a different job, and as each staff member has their own life with their own unique difficulties things get delayed sometimes. Patience is key. If you've filled out the order form correctly and sent the trade to the right account you WILL get your dragons.

If there's a problem with one of my orders (ex: wrong dragons sent) who do I contact?
-Just reply back to the PM (to Dark Turret Dragons) and I'll get it. Posting in the thread doesn't always work as the right people might not see it. If you reply back to the PM I'll be sure to see it when I check for trades and PMs.
NOTE: This only applies to an order SENT that is messed up. Say your order has been sent to you, but some of the images are broken. THEN you should PM the account. If you haven't received your order, pming the account with your ordering form WILL NOT speed things up.

Will there ever be chances to order dragons from past months?
-Nope, it'd ruin the collectibility of them.... sweatdrop
The only exception to this is past birthstone dragons, which were at one point located on the DTD website (they aren't there at the moment).

More will be added if needed....and if any of the above is too confusing erm...just ask XD

Umm... I requested the Angelic and Demonic tiny dragons a long time ago but never got my order... the trade was sent but not confirmed yet... Grey, you told me to send it to Dark Turret Dragons?

All the trades are going to the DTD account this month, Ferret's a little stressed for time lately, and this will make his co-ownerage a more enjoyable thing. 3nodding

And as for people who still have trades from last month, the glitchy pages have complicated things. Again. I'll be updating the first post in a little bit.
